We felt very comfortable at the place and had a great stay. The apartment is super clean, very well equipped, modernly furnished and at the same time has a lot of charm. The contact with Jonas was impeccable and very friendly. Everything was wonderful - we definitely recommend the place and would come back.

The rooms are right on the Lago. Shortly across the street, you are at your own bar incl. Boat& sup rental & 2 loungers per room!. Check-in and check-out were totally friendly & fast, as well as the complete communication as far as everything else is concerned via. Whatsapp! Breakfast at Lago directly, which you can book (10€), I can definitely recommend! The rooms are small, not the most modern. But it wasn't important to us at all, bed & pillow were ok. I can definitely recommend the overall package for a short vacation, as well as the tip to book the offer with the 40 hp. Glad to come back!

Very nice place to stay with perfect views and pleasant location. The rooms and amenities are wonderful and communication was excellent.

We had a lovely 3 day stay. Everything was as in the photos and the house has a special charm with its great garden and lake view. Unfortunately, the only small trigger is an unpleasant smell on the drain in the shower. We told the host this at checkout and it's probably already a stopper in the drain. So all in all, half as wild and with a house with this age I think it's too bad :) The personal welcome was also super warm and we felt immediately welcome! :) Love to come back! :)

Very courteous but unobtrusive host, warm welcome with fresh fruit and Prosecco, well-kept place with good amenities and well-kept outdoor area. Unfortunately, we didn't get to know Sophie. Overall, highly recommended.

The apartment is located in a beautiful complex. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. In the complex there is a great park with a large pool. The apartment itself has everything you need - only air conditioning is not available.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Communication with Tom was excellent – he was always available and very helpful. We felt completely comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation. Thanks so much Tom! 😊

Great location, quiet away from crowds and great location for exploring the area. Lake access is immediate.

Peter's apartment is very nice and thoughtfully appointed. The view is beautiful and invites you to relax. There is a restaurant very close to the terrace but this does not affect the tranquility of the place at all. We stayed there in early September but the place may be more lively in the middle of summer. We particularly appreciated the equipment available in the residence as well as direct access to the small beach. In addition, the communication was easy and very pleasant. Peter was very flexible. This apartment is a gem that offers the possibility to disconnect. The wifi is low but works well enough for basic use.

Amalia was such a kid ! She let us check in early and we had an issue that she was so kind and attentive to and quick fo resolve. An ideal host. The property is beautiful and the view is gorgeous and the town is in walking distance and there’s a lot to do/ explore in the area. Just keep in mind there’s stairs down to the bathroom, and this could be challenging for someone with mobility constraints, and the wifi is being worked on to be made stronger. Looking forward to staying here in the summer.

Beautiful apartment with great lake views. If you are good on foot, you can reach the beach in 2 minutes. The location itself is very central between Pettenasco and Omegna. The apartment offers everything you need for four, is clean, friendly and tastefully equipped. We were very warmly welcomed and instructed. Whenever we had any questions, someone was there. Nataliya gave us a guided tour of the house with her son, who speaks English, at the beginning and also left small gifts (wine, chocolate). The place was picturesque and very clean.

The apartment was just as described in Katrin´s text above. Perfect just next to lago Maggiore. And the apartment has everything.

A beautiful apartment overlooking the Lago Maggiore, a kumquat and a lemon tree shade the balcony on one side, so it does not get too warm in the bedrooms. below the apartment there is a small swimming spot/bay. A few meters further, a boat dock for the excursion cruise. We felt very comfortable

I wanted to spend a different New Year's Eve with my family and the choice of house on Luca's water fully paid off all my expectations. Luca's hospitality and kindness made our stay in this beautiful corner of the world special

Martin was super nice and checking in is a breeze. We were also allowed to enter the apartment earlier without explicitly asking for it. The apartment is perfect for 4 people. The rooms are larger than expected and you have everything you need. Since the stay was in autumn, we also liked using the built-in Swedish stove, which was easy to use. It's really cozy there, I can only recommend it.
