We stayed for 2 night at the apartment from Danielle . Vista Coiba is a really nice place to stay. For one more night we stayed at a bigger Appartement which we directly booked at vista Coiba . We nice location. Good breakfast and nice dinner and drinks. The garlic fish with yuca was quite good . Ismael and his team did a great job and at least we went to Isla Coiba with Jorge after recommendation . We saw a lot of turtles and sharks.

Wanted a place near a not crowded beach to spend a week of quality time with the family. Richard’s place was right on target. It’s a bit off the beaten path, but Richard’s lengthy description was spot on in accuracy. He accurately described the lack of nearby places to get groceries and the minimal number of restaurants in the vicinity. Thanks to his info, we easily found a major grocery in route and stocked up on what we would need for the week. Upon arrival, Raphael met us and showed us how to find everything in the well equipped unit and also gave us info on what restaurants were in reasonable driving distance. The only issue of note was the difficulty in regulating the shower temperature, which we learned was a neighborhood issue. In summary, we loved the place - relaxing in the pool, walking the beach, and the warm ocean. Lobster Cove is pretty shallow,so not for surfing or snorkeling, but just fine for us.

Such a splendid place, cannot get better than being right in front of the break and such a clutch experience having the hotel restaurant bar in Pool all right there. Feel a little bit guilty for not leaving the property much to explore the town, but that’s because everything we needed was right there, would definitely return. Can’t think of a better place to stay in Santa Catalina.

Pam and Tom are great hosts. They are super friendly and easy to talk to. They shared all their beatiful outdoor space with us. The beach is absolutely amazing and there is almost no one on it. The water is unbelievably warm. It's like a hot tub turned on low. Such an amazing place! Thank you Pam and Tom for sharing it with us! I can't wait to come back!

Mike’s place is a heaven on earth ! No noise except the sound of the running river down below, beautiful surroundings, spacious house. A private swimming hole of the beautiful clean river Santa Maria in his property is the cherry on the top of the cake! Mike is very quiet but friendly host and his dog Jack was so cute! We loved our stay! Highly recommended !

Das Coiba-House ist ein wunderschöner Ort! Die Aussicht von der großen, offenen Terrasse ist morgens wie abends atemberaubend. Die gesamte Unterkunft und das Zimmer waren noch viel schöner als es die Fotos zeigen konnten. Überall sieht man die Liebe zum Detail und merkt die Bemühungen es zu einem Ort zu machen, an dem Menschen zusammenkommen und sich zuhause fühlen! Darcy war ein hervorragender Gastgeber mit einem tollen Gespür für seine Gäste- immer hilfsbereit, kommunikativ und interessiert. Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch- ruhig, aber mittendrin. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder dafür entscheiden!

We had the pleasure of staying at Reenie’s place last week whilst in Panama, firstly the photos really don’t begin to capture how beautiful this home is! We had a wonderful time enjoying the property, pool and beach!! The sunsets are out of this world too!! Reenie and Mark were the best hosts and we feel fortunate to have met them! We will definitely be going back on our next trip to Panama! Thank you Reenie for being the best host and sharing your home with us!

Das Haus von Maria ist sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Auch die Gemeinschaftsräume sind prima. Die Umgebung ist richtig schön und Maria gibt tolle Tipps. Gerne wieder!

Excellent ! séjour parfait de bout en bout. communication parfaite avec Maria, accueil parfait et que dire du logement... Spacieux, calme, propre et super bien équipé. La grande cuisine est un vrai plus. On 'e peut que recommander ce séjour. Encore merci Maria pour tout ce que vous faites pour vos hôtes.

Ons verblijf bij Matthew was fantastisch. Het huis ligt op het einde van een straat, omringd door een prachtig bos. Het grote huis was perfect voor onze familie met drie jonge kinderen die veel speelruimte willen. In de achtertuin is er een geweldig zicht over het dorp, en de baai met zijn rollende golven. Wij kwamen voor de rust, maar ook voor het surfen. Het is drie kilometer wandelen naar Playa Estero, maar dikwijls konden we een lift krijgen van lokale inwoners, of we namen simpelweg de bus die op 200 meter van het huis stopt. Het huis is heel geriefelijk. De keuken bevat een grote oven, een mixer voor smoothies, een grote frigo, een mooie grote tafel. Alles is aanwezig. Het water is drinkbaar van de kraan. Wij waren hier in mei, wanneer het nat seizoen startte. De airco was niet nodig, maar was wel aanwezig. Matthew zelf is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We voelden ons echt thuis bij hem, en zijn dieren (honden en paarden). Deze plek zal ons altijd bijblijven.

Yvonne has a beautiful place - an entire former hotel - just a few minutes walk from Playa la Reina, which is a lovely beach with a big river (Rio Mariato). This is a gentle spot for surfing but a bit rough for swimming unless you catch it at the right time (mid to low tide seemed to have the gentlest waves). Near the mangroves. Fantastic birds. Be sure to visit the beach at night too - we saw beautiful neon blue phosphorescent plankton, just as the outer waves were breaking... Yvonne was super responsive and friendly, she answered all our questions really quickly. And her housekeeper Fatima was wonderful. She came in to clean each morning, she was extremely kind and helpful. This is great spot especially if you're a big group - there's a large well equipped kitchen for cooking, a gas grill for bbq, a big shaded eating area right next to the pool, all surrounded by lots of smaller nearby buildings with bedrooms - possibility to sleep 12 in total.
