Heavenly location. Access is a little tricky. Expensive food and deplorable service at the restaurant. Bar service ok. Average amenities but in line with expectations. Very nice bedding.

We stayed for 2 night at the apartment from Danielle . Vista Coiba is a really nice place to stay. For one more night we stayed at a bigger Appartement which we directly booked at vista Coiba . We nice location. Good breakfast and nice dinner and drinks. The garlic fish with yuca was quite good . Ismael and his team did a great job and at least we went to Isla Coiba with Jorge after recommendation . We saw a lot of turtles and sharks.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Pure paradise. So very private and so peaceful. We lived it. Wish we could have stayed longer. Flippe is super responsive and always texts back immediately. Island Lodge Retreat Cebaco Sunrise/Cebaco Island

JaclynRating, 5 stars16 months ago
We stayed for three nights with our four young children (3,5,7,10yo). We can say enough about the hospitality Andres and Cari offered us. I have to admit, before arrival, we were nervous about relying on them for everything, but they truly made our experience easy and beautiful! Delicious home made meals (that considered our vegetarian and our picky kids), a peaceful and accepting environment, suggestions for places to go or things to see, it had it all! We took a boat trip to another beach and trolled for fish, and Cari prepared both a ceviche and fried meal out of the fish! It was a magical experience and if you don’t mind slowing down a bit, it’s a great opportunity to reconnect with family and read a book or two! Highly recommended and we hope to return (with older kids who can do some more robust island trekking!)!!
The bungalow is positioned amidst lush tropical vegetation, featuring a green roof and an inviting porch area. Surrounding greenery and palm trees contribute to a serene setting, with a large expanse of grass providing ample outdoor space for relaxation and leisure activities.

Cabanas la Coquita: le Bungalow Iparralde

UmmatRating, 5 stars13 months ago
Amazing spot with private beach- hard to beat the privacy and access to the beach! Likely do need a bigger car to get there on the dirt road. We had a great time- didn’t have wifi, but really didn’t need it - some of the burners on the stove worked, and most of the showers, so it was just as much as we needed and and our local host Keysi was amazing and very responsive. We had a lovely stay .
A tranquil beach scene captures a person walking along the shoreline, accompanied by a small dog. The setting sun casts warm hues across the horizon, reflecting on the wet sand, which showcases gentle waves lapping at the shore.

Pam and Tom are great hosts. They are super friendly and easy to talk to. They shared all their beatiful outdoor space with us. The beach is absolutely amazing and there is almost no one on it. The water is unbelievably warm. It's like a hot tub turned on low. Such an amazing place! Thank you Pam and Tom for sharing it with us! I can't wait to come back!

Double room IXORA with partial ocean view balcony

NathanRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Gabriele’s place is a true hidden gem! The views are incredible (even though it was cloudy the entire time we were there, they were still stunning - I am sure on a clearer afternoon the sunset is spectacular), the accommodations are clean, comfortable and spacious, and the food offered (breakfast, lunch and dinner can be ordered onsite - menu changes daily) was really, really delicious - she even has a very nice wine list as well! The main road off the interamericana is in beautiful shape - the 6km road/driveway to get to the property is dirt but is passable with a normal car as long as you take it slow. Gabriele was a great host - accommodating, responsive, and caring. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing retreat, give her place a try!!

Oceanfront/Private Beachfront Studio on Pacific

PatriciaRating, 5 stars15 months ago
Had a great stay at Michael and Lyne’s. The location is remote and peaceful with the sound of crashing waves and the jungle birds and creatures to accompany it. The pool at our doorstep was ideal to cool down and trips to the beach for sunset views and beach-combing were exactly what we wanted. Hope we get back here next year and I hope the monkeys consider visiting us next time!

White Butterfly Beach House

MadelineRating, 5 stars20 months ago
We had a wonderful stay at Mariposa Blanca. When the surf was too rough to play at the beach, we swam in the beautiful pool. All the beach accessories we could need at the house. The kitchen had all the utensils and tools we needed and more! The beds were comfortable and the location is so beautiful and peaceful. The covered patio allowed us to use the outside space whether it was sunny or raining. The road in isn't in tge best repair but the directions we received before arriving helped us get there easily. We hope to visit again!
A simple exterior view of the house is shown, featuring a blue water tank placed beside a vibrant flowering bush. The entrance has a black door framed by a window with metal bars. A portion of the walkway is visible, leading to the entrance.

A good home to live in if you're thinking about going to that area of Panama, as a positive point, Yipsy is a great host, with easy communication and care, as a negative point, the heat that is excessive in the months of January to March and the ants that there are quite a few. But if you want a house of the best in the area, feel free to contact Yipsy

Casa Leon, Boca Brava Island, Seaside

MichaelRating, 5 stars16 months ago
Wonderful stay in a private retreat. The sunsets from the patio are beautiful. The listing is just as described. Two words of caution, for those with unsure footing, the water in the shower can leak on the floor a bit. Nothing serious but worth noting if you lose your balance easily. And secondly, remember, you are in the tropics, there are going to be bugs around. Keep the house tidy during your stay and you’ll see far less of them. Highly recommended stay!

Stunning Oceanfront 4-Bdrm Villa w/ Infinity Pool

ThomasRating, 5 stars19 months ago
Usually a review tells you, how nice everything was, but this time it is different. Due to the political situation in Panama, we weren‘t able to travel to our booked accommodation. Diana and all people involved tried to find a solution, to get us there. After several days, we had to accept, it‘s not possible. During all those days, the host where nice, helpful and pro active. But even more important, when we figured out, we don‘t get there, we got our money back, without any discussion. By far, this is not standard. So, Diana and all others around are not only nice, they are also reliable. I give 11 points, out of 10 and 100% recommendation and a big thank you.

Beachfront Private Studio, Ground Level in Jungle

AngélicaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
My stay at this Airbnb was awesome. Everything is just as described, but the experience goes much further. I rested comfortably (which was the main objective) and enjoyed every moment in this paradise surrounded by nature. Being a real natural paradise and being literally in front of the sea, the cell signal and power supply can be unstable, but thanks to the WiFi and the electric plant, I was never affected (although equally entangled with the sound of the jungle and the waves as the background, I barely used my cell phone to take pictures of the beach and the perfect sunset) I loved that Lyne and Michael are really committed to sustainability, recycling and respect for the ecosystem. They have created a space in harmony with nature without sacrificing comfort. It is the ideal place to disconnect from the noise and connect with tranquility, as well as live the real local experience of Torio. Definitely want to go back! 🌿🌊
