Vacation rentals with a patio in Ver-sur-Mer

we had a great weekend in this rental which is very nice and nice. there is everything you need. the little extra for us: it is close to the zenith of Caen, just the street to cross. we would recommend it without hesitation

The accommodation is ideally located, close to all amenities, everything can be easily reached on foot, it is located close to the seafront which allows beautiful and long walks on a daily basis. The good weather being part of it, we were able to enjoy moments on the terrace and the shopkeepers are friendly and professional which is very pleasant. I recommend the accommodation because it is very peaceful, it feels good, it is functional. Small improvements can always be made such as storage in the room to be able to store your belongings because even if there is a dressing room, the few coat racks present are quickly filled.

We are very satisfied with our stay at Julie and Vincent's place. The place was in a great location . Close to the pedestrian street and the waterfront . The space was clean and the decor was neat as in the photos . Great value for the price

Very well located accommodation, close to the train station and quiet at night. Properly equipped, with its very well done atypical decoration. We'll keep the address for a future visit to Caen.

A perfect stay! The location is ideal, just steps from the sea, which allowed us to fully enjoy the beaches and beautiful sunsets. The house is very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. What a pleasure to be able to spend family time in the game room and on the pétanque court. Thank you for this unforgettable experience, if the opportunity arises we will happily come back!

Mattieu is the epitome of a ‘superhost’! He cannot do enough for you and the communication between us was excellent. He is always extremely prompt when we asked him questions or had any queries. The check-in and out was very easy and very flexible. The property is stunning and furnished beautifully. It is very well stocked. There is a perfect sun trap where you can sit and relax. It is a very peaceful location yet only a 20 minute walk into the centre of Bayeux where there is a lot to do. My family also really enjoyed the D-day Museum in Arromanches-Les-Bains. It was very engaging. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely visit again soon.

Pleasant weekend at Anne's. We had space despite the 6 adults, 4 children and 1 baby. The place is quiet and beautiful. Anne was charming, understanding and available. The available activities, foosball, ping-pong table, darts game delighted young and old. Well-equipped and clean accommodation. Perfect for our weekend with friends.

Excellent stay and really everything has been thought of. All right, all right, all right. Even the ice cubes were already there. We had a great time there. Just pay attention to the reference to the parking space, but next to and in front of the house it is fine parking. Small downside are the very thin walls between the three, incidentally fine bedrooms. Warmly recommended and an excellent place and base for visiting the D-Day beaches. Or a vacation of course.

Great house and we all enjoyed the pool . Good size rooms and lots of space. Very prompt response to a blocked sink. The area and particularly the landing beaches were fascinating and we ate very well. A good break.

Magnifique. Studio in the hyper-center. Close trade, beach, casino. Very well decorated and functional. Our hostess was patient (sorry for the delay), friendly and discreet once all the information was provided. We recommend, oh yes!

A cozy and impeccable little cocoon in a very pleasant and quiet environment. Close proximity to shops and the sea in the background, a destination to be redone for us.
