Mycket trevlig vecka i det mysiga huset och den fina omgivningen. Perfekt ställe att umgås med vuxna barn med respektive. Tillsammans göra utflykter och laga mat i det hemtrevliga köket och ha poolhäng. Fin vecka för oss som gillar Italien.

We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! We had a lovely holiday in Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery with lots of day trip options nearby. We added on a cooking class with Raimondo and Viola (Nada's daughter) and learnt so much. We will definitely be making fresh pasta from now on! The villa is well equipped, and nicely furnished.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful villa surrounded by vineyards and countryside. The nearby village of Panzano is so picturesque with lovely restaurants. I can also recommend visiting other Chianti towns and especially the market on a Saturday in Greve. The hosts Filippo and his father Carlo couldn't do enough for us and the communication was superb. The villa is so spacious and makes you feel right at home with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a garden with a pool that's just the icing on the cake. It was very warm during our visit and the fans provided were very welcomed. Every room is also equipped with mosquito nets on the windows. We made use of the large BBQ a few nights and also had a lovely wine tasting one evening which I can highly recommend. We were very sad to leave Villa Reggine and hope to return one day. Grazie!

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille avec deux petits de 5 ans et 2ans et demi chez Giorgio et Chiara. La maison en pierre est superbe, la partie totalement privative qui nous est réservée est charmante et trés spacieuse. La cuisine est bien équipée. Mention spéciale pour la propreté qui était parfaite. Malgré les moustiquaires à chaque fenêtre, n'oubliez pas l'antimoustique en août. La terrasse extérieure est bien aménagée pour les repas avec la vue sur les collines toscanes. La piscine, fermée par une barrière et à 70m de la maison est féérique, à débordement avec encore une vue sur les collines. Elle est entourée de plantes et d'un petit carré de gazon avec transats et parasols. Panzano est bien situé pour rayonner en Toscane. Encore une super adresse en Italie.

Wir wurden von Girogio sehr herzlich empfangen. Es sprach ausschließlich italienisch, leider kein Englisch. Wir haben uns trotzdem über die wesentlichen Punkte verständigen können, nur für die telefonische Verabredung zum CheckIn brauchten wir Hilfe von einem Italiener. Das Appartement ist super gelegen und sauber, der Blick auf die Bucht und die sehr ruhige Lage sind traumhaft. Hier kann man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge bei einem Glas Rotwein genießen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, wir haben uns fast jeden Tag selbst versorgt und nichts vermisst. In dem Restaurant unten am Strand bekommt man sogar eine kleine Ermäßigung, wenn man dort angibt, dass man von Giorgio kommt. Sein Neffe arbeitet dort. :-) Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Giorgio!!! Das waren tolle 8 Tage!

Die Anlage liegt auf einer größeren Lichtung mitten im Wald. Tag und Nacht völlig abgeschieden und ruhig. Entspannung pur. Gepflegte Anlage. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Toller Pool. 14x7m. Perfekt für ein paar Bahnen oder zum Toben. Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Florenz, Pisa, Siena jeweils ca. 60 Autominuten entfernt. In und um San Gimignano gibt es viele Restaurants mit guten toskanischen Gerichten. Häufig ist eine Reservierung erforderlich, wenn man sich gerne abseits der Touristenzentren bewegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Externe Müllentsorgung an nahegelegenen Sammelstellen ist etwas nervig. Laura kümmerte sich bei uns um die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe und spricht perfekt Deutsch! Alles in Allem 5 Sterne! Kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

Des hôtes disponibles et serviables, un hébergement conforme aux annonces, un excellent pied à terre pour découvrir la beauté de la toscane : Sienne, Pise, Florence, le chianti, la côte tout est accessible moyennant 45 à 60 min de route.

We enjoyed the time in a big, beautifully furnished house, which consists of 3 independent units, the one downstairs being a great commonplace for whole group. The host was very nice, helpful and communicative. Our two dogs loved the big, fully fenced garden with lots of space for seating and enjoying the views of Scarlino. We would definitely choose this house again in the future.

Super Haus, gerade wenn mehrere Familien/Parteien gemeinsam reisen, da es insgesamt 3 Wohnungen hat. Haus und Umgebung sehr sauber, Kontakt über die Schlüsselhalterin sehr unkompliziert. Der Hauswart war super, kam jeden Tag und hat sich sehr um den Pool und die Umgebung gekümmert - hat sich aber überhaupt nicht aufgedrängt und kam meist zu Zeiten, als wir nicht beim Haus waren. Schade, dass es kein WLAN hat.

Era la nostra prima volta a Castiglione. Padrone di casa (mamma e figlia) gentilissime, accoglienti e disponibilissime. Posto meraviglioso, lontano dal caos cittadino ma a poca distanza dal mare, immersi nella natura e nella pace. Alloggio spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario all'interno e all'esterno con sdraie, ombrellone e tavolo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Grazie ancora di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Casa Alba was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay. We renewed our vows, at Casa Alba, to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary & it was a dream day 🤗 Luigi & his wife were there to welcome us & couldn't have been friendlier. My sister, brother in law & their toddler stayed the week with us & I can definitely say we loved it & would absolutely return 🙌 its very close to San Gimignano for everything you could need.

Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer mit atemberaubendem Blick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen!

Fantastisk beliggenhet og uteområde! Vi likte spesielt godt bassenget, utsikten, at det var flere sittegrupper og nærheten til sentrum. 10/10 Innendørs var det ok, så for oss var det uteområdet som gjorde ferien strålende! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Due sorelle super accoglienti e disponibili, pronte a dare indicazioni e consigli utili. L'appartamentino si trova al piano terra di un casale storico, un gioiellino fuori dal traffico in mezzo alla campagna. Lo si raggiunge percorrendo un viale sterrato (un pò dissestato) puntellato di cipressi (dalla posizione che invia Chiara alla stanga subito a sinistra!). L'appartamento è davvero molto curato, pulito, accogliente e confortevole. C'è tutto quello che serve, anche la lavastoviglie che è un plus non scontato. Letti comodi, stanze spaziose, zona super silenziosa, al massimo si sentono versi di qualche animale. E' stata davvero un'ottima esperienza!

La Selvolina is een geweldige plek om te relaxen en te genieten van de omgeving, maar ook van het heerlijke zwembad. Het huis is fijn, de keuken heel volledig. Alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf. Bij vragen werd er altijd snel en heel vriendelijk gereageerd, wat we als heel prettig en welkom ervaren hebben. La Selvolina is een heerlijk rustige plek, ongeveer 30 minuten lopen (berg op) of 5 minuten per auto naar Roccastrada. Met wat geluk zie je reeën in de tuin en hoor je ‘s nachts de uilen. Het is wel raadzaam om een SUV te hebben, omdat de weg niet verhard is.
