Entrance through a private gated garden. You'll be treated to a 900 sq ft, light-filled great room, large bedroom w/King bed, outdoor sitting/dining areas, steps from the pool. Flowers, Fruit, Snacks, Coffee await you. Enjoy our peaceful gardens of butterflies, fruit trees, & friendly chickens. This is our only Airbnb. Stress free is our goal. *We pay your Airbnb fees! Our place is close to Malibu, Camarillo Outlets, Ronald Reagan Library, Amgen, Hiking, Ventura, Parks, 25mins from various Beaches, Halfway point between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, 40mins or so to Los Angeles/Hollywood and 1hr drive to Santa Barbara. You’ll love it because of the quiet neighborhood, a private suite and space all to yourself. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers. *Heater and A/C inside unit.

This four-bedroom single-story house boasts an AMAZING kitchen, an expansive pet-friendly backyard, a refreshing swimming pool, and beautifully decorated living room and bedroom spaces. The water pressure in both of the home's walk-in showers will blow your mind and everyone will want to try out the remote-controlled bidet in the Master Bathroom. Hillside Getaway w/ pool

Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.) there’s a unit directly above so there is some crossover noise and creeking as it’s a very old house (1930s) though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. BED IS ON SOFT SIDE
