Vacation rentals with beach access in Ventura County

Our five-month stay at this property was truly exceptional. Kerri and her team welcomed us and our pets with such warmth, making us feel like part of their family. The property is stunningly stylish and perfectly situated along Ventura’s vibrant Main Street. Whether you’re planning an extended stay or a weekend getaway, this home is an ideal choice. Our pets may have loved it even more than we did! We’re incredibly grateful to Kerri for her gracious hospitality, especially toward our furry companions. 10/10, highly recommend!

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Great place, great location, walking distance to the beach. Multiple, good food options within walking distance as well. Place was very clean and binder was very clear on all expectations and rules.

Everything was perfect about this stay. House was better than described or shown. Much larger than I thought it would be. Perfect for our family as we celebrated my son’s graduation from UCLA. Deck is great. Watched dolphins back and forth all day long. Slept to the ocean waves.

The property is wonderfully located for someone looking to be in nature and still have great comforts. The studio apartment is connected to the owners home and is oriented in a way that gives all round amazing views and sliding doors full open access to a full patio and a cool breeze. Just amazing.

A magical stay right on the water! We could not have been happier with this location. The space was extremely clean and comfy and right on the ocean. It is not super private because all units share a courtyard/ocean access, but that didn’t bother us. Toilet was very fancy. You are right on PCH but once you are inside it doesn’t feel that way at all. Communicative hosts. Will be back!

Amazing place to stay in the Oxnard/Ventura area!

Our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. It is a gem and the perfect place to spend quality family time together. Beautiful!

This home was the perfect place and location for our needs. For us, it was a place to be near the beach and the harbor for a fishing expedition as well as for a nearby round of golf. It was very quiet. Everyone slept well. And it had all the amenities with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Unfortunately, we didn't get to spend as much time at the home as we would've liked to, but we can see it being a nice place to kick back and enjoy. The upper deck would've been a great place to hang out and have a barbecue with amazing views. Maybe next time… The host was quick to respond in amenable to all of our needs.

We had a great stay at Oxnard at Matthew's place. It was clean and as described, with all the amenities for a great beach vacation. There were a lot of good food options closeby and the local neighborhood had a laid back, beachy vibe. The house had literally everything we need and more to spend the day at the beach ( but we couldnt get time to do all of it ) The best part was catching the sunset off the beach ( spectacular ) and a day trip to Channel Islands where we had a blast with the kids. Matthew is a thoughtful host and was very helpful during the stay. We had a small glitch with the internet during the stay - and Matthew was very responsive and helped us thru the problem.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The beach is at the end of the block. Easy walk to the grocery store, Starbucks and several restaurants. The home was clean and uncluttered and also had little extras like books, board games and laundry detergent. We used the beach chairs provided each night to walk down to the beach and enjoy the sunset.

Had a great time staying here. Very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of fun things to do close by.

Rick’s place is in a quiet, secluded, location on top of a hill. Roads were clear and navigation systems had no problem finding it, even when it gets dark outside. One thing to note is that there are no window treatments, apart from the two windows next to the front door. This could be a potential issue for groups of friends or mixed gender stays, as you can see into the shower from the main balcony. Other than that, the place is a fantastic retreat.

This was our second time staying here and we were very happy with our stay. This is a lovely home walking distance to the beach. Our family was comfortable and it has pretty much everything you need. The host is a great communicator and we would stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Eileen’s place is an absolute dream. Beautiful condo that is bright, clean, and comfortable. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and picturesque town! Eileen was super communicative and provided clear instructions. I’d love to visit again!

Roza's place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the balcony and the beach was only minutes away. The area is safe and very quiet. Roza had everything needed for our stay. The grounds around the condo were immaculate. I would recommend Roza's place for a nice place to stay.

Amanda’s place made it super easy to get everything I wanted out of this amazing town! Truly just 1 minute from the beach, walkable to the cute DT, parking spots were easy to find, and very peaceful little patio. Thank you for a great stay!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!
