We were so lucky to find the Airbnb condo. Jessica was an amazing host with great communication. The space was very clean, well stocked with all essentials and was the perfect space for our family of 8. The location of the condo was very convenient to the water. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to being back in the area.

Fabulous location right on the beach AND walkable to some very nice restaurants and shops. The condo is well designed and furnished. Two full baths and well equipped kitchen. And a wonderful State Park beach is right underneath you. Not crowded, quiet, blissful week spending time with family and new grandchild!

We had a wonderful time at Carolyn and Maurice’s apartment! We had an early flight and were already in town waiting on our 3 o’clock check in when she let us know it was all ready for us, which was a relief because we needed to rest. Just after getting in we were surprised with fresh baked cookies that were delicious! That place was nice and clean and had everything you could need. I walked to the beach morning and night and it was quick and easy. I was very glad to see a first aid kit and beach towels since we had forgotten towels and bandaids. Ventura was home so we were in town visiting family and the place even had Tupperware so I was prepared to snatch my great aunt’s leftovers to enjoy at the apartment later. We were lucky enough to meet both Carolyn and Maurice in the driveway and chat for a bit. The couple times I needed anything Carolyn was quick to respond anywhere from 30 secs to 20 mins on messaging and they were just a minute away upstairs. Great place & hosts! 5 star

This is a lovely getaway nestled in a gorgeous mountain landscape seated within a friendly community. Rachel is an excellent host with extensive knowledge of the locale and great recommendations. My partner and I would love to return should we find ourselves in the area again.

Excellent place! Cozy, clean and close to everything we needed. Joey responded quickly to any questions. The only thing I would suggest is that specific instructions for the heating/ac/wifi be placed somewhere and it be suggested that if renters have any disabilities or mobility issues the steps be defined better. Other than that it was excellent! Thank you Joey!

Another great stay at Logan's. The beach is only a few steps away and the Salt Marsh Reserve right across the street. One of my favorite things to do is either an early morning walk on the beach, or just stay in with an early morning cup of tea and watch the sunrise light up the hills. Coming to Logan's feels like a welcome home. I've been coming for several years and intend to continue.

Great and convenient for Malibu. When we arrived, property did not appear to be clean but the hosts quickly responded and had it deep cleaned the next day. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible stay! This was our first Airbnb and I was nervous, but Mike and Jonina were very responsive and answered all my questions very promptly. Co-Host Jonina was so kind, helpful, and a great communicator. The unit, building, and location are amazing and convenient. And we felt completely safe. The unit was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the pictures. Bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful and spacious. The view is breathtakingly beautiful, and it was so amazing to fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the waves. We stocked up on snacks at Whole Foods down the road, shopped, dined at Malibu Farm and Nobu, walked the beaches, and my daughter took surf lessons. The pool and hot tub were so nice to have to relax in at the end of the day. It was an amazing stay, and we plan to book this place again. We absolutely loved staying here and can't wait to come back.

This is the most beautiful Airbnb we have stayed at. Beautiful community and townhome was absolutely stunning. They even left waters in each room, coffee and cookies. So many restaurants close by and short drive to the beach. Can’t recommend this place enough! Everything was perfect.

I had a very late check in and Jennifer accommodated my needs. She was responsive and able to get me checked in even though it was very last minute and late. I appreciate her willingness to help and work with me.

This apartment is unbelievably adorable! Super clean, charming, and centrally located. The beds were so comfy too. Would definitely stay here again. They even left us a complimentary bottle of wine. 5 stars all around!

The place is very spacious, high ceilings throughout. The bedroom has comfortable king-sized bed and plenty of extra room. The shower is huge, does take a while to warm up so patience is required. The location is walking distance from all the main shops, restaurants and the beach. All in all, great stay in Carpinteria.

Had a great time! Geoff and Annika were great hosts. The sauna was so nice after a long hike. The place was clean, peaceful private, and easy to get to. Easy check in and out.

Absolutely perfect for longer stays, especially for work trips. I travel for work to this area and will absolutely be back. :)

Excellent property with excellent owners - we stayed for a couple of days during our son’s Pepperdine graduation and the property met our needs. Very spacious kitchen and living room. Amazing ocean views. Very clean. Strong communication. Highly recommended

Loved this place so much! Didn’t want to leave! Not only was this place exactly as described it was so convenient to walk to places the beach was private the house was spotless, like really cleaned. I’ve stayed at a lot of air bnbs and they aren’t clean just wiped down. But this house was very clean considering it was on a private beach no sand or weird smells. Beautiful and peaceful host was awesome! I slept so good with the ocean waves, I will be back! Thank you for opening your place up to us and the world it’s a beautiful view and relaxing space.

Great comfortable space, safe and within a short walk to seafood and the beach.

This cottage in Montecito is incredibly charming, well furnished and comfortable. It had a private backyard with hot tub. It included beach chairs and beach towels and is truly a 4 minute walk to an amazing beach. We also enjoyed walking to dinner on coast village road. Five stars!

Everything was really great. There were spices, oil, dishwasher pods, dishwashing soap, gloves, cutlery, pots and pans, and dishware for baking and stovetop use. Couch was comfortable and fit all 7 girls. Beds were made and clean. Bathroom was clean too. There is extra supplies beneath the seat in the dining table. Beach is only a 2 minute walk. The only thing was that the floors were especially dirty. When walked on, the bottom of the feet would turn black. Other than that, house and amenities were great and Erin was responsive and helped with inquiries.

Great place. I've stayed there a couple of times already. Communication is always a breeze. Check in is automated and easy. The apartment complex is beautiful and the area is nice.
