The large natural area on the protected ridge is forested, and from the top, where there is a magnificent view of Roskilde Fjord, a staircase leads down to an area with a bathing jetty. With a location within a reasonable distance from Roskilde and Copenhagen, the house is very suitable for guests who are looking for both nature and cultural experiences. Please note that we offer a 15% discount on weekly stays.

Enjoy the tranquility of this cozy cottage near the beautiful Roskilde Fjord. Ideal for fishing, kayaking or paddleboarding. Perfect for relaxation, walks in the scenic area or as a base for exploring North Zealand. The house has a wood-burning stove and fireplace - ideal for cozy evenings with family or as a romantic getaway. There is also a combined washing machine/dryer and access to both charcoal and gas grills. Look forward to relaxing days in an authentic cottage 100 meters from the water.

Shepherds hut

Camper located on natural grounds, only 30 meters from the beach, with direct access to the Isefjord. The caravan is furnished with living room and kitchen in one, and both from the double bed and the dining area there is a view of the fjord. There is a separate mulch toilet and bath with shower (cold/hot water). The cabin is electrically heated. The beautiful surroundings can also be enjoyed outdoors. There are sun loungers and garden furniture by the carriage as well as a barbecue and hammock.

Velkommen til vores luksus feriehus i nordisk stil på 130 m² med plads til 12 gæster. Vi hedder Anders og Stine. Udendørs byder huset på en stor terrasse med privat vildmarksbad, sauna og udebruser. Indendørs findes biograf, billiard og bordtennis - perfekt til både afslapning og sjov. Huset har 4 soveværelser med plads til 8, samt skønt anneks med plads til 4. Huset ligger i en naturskønt område med kun 2 minutters gang til strand og badebro. Vi glæder os til at byde jer velkommen.

Directly to the Fjord

Our summerhouse is situated on a small island, Oroe, in Isefjord. It sits on a bluff, almost at the end of a gravel road, with direct access to the fjord from the house. We provide Danish traditional summer house-hygge in natural surroundings with a twist of modern facilities. The house is our private home, open for guests only 10-12 times a year ( the original idea behind AirBnB) In general, we attempt to be as sustainable as possible i.e we always try to repair rather than to replace.
