Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Pretty small towns, historic manor houses, nearby farm cafes and nature parks invite you to cycle and hike without borders.

Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the city center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including a washing machine), and a living room with an open kitchen. The sofa in the living room can also serve as a sleeping area for 2 additional people. A supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub, and marina are all within a 100-meter radius.

The apartment consists of a dining and living area with sofa bed (with continuous mattress) as well as a bedroom. -Smart TV and balcony. In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There's also a large, light-colored desk there. The 5th person can also sleep there on the extra bed. The beds are already made and towels are available.
