It’s very close to the train station, which means you don’t have to haul your luggage very far The pictures/words sent ahead of time explains everything The host helped us figure out how to get a water taxi and where to get picked up at Again, very close to this location Almost every vaparreto goes to 1 1 is the train station We actually walked to Rialto Bridge, Saint Mark Square … all over the place from there He also gave you coffee, water Plenty of toilet paper and towels Showers were fantastic Washer and dryer worked fabulous… A/C too. Lowest is 19 The bed was a little hot for me since it’s a foam bed with foam pillows. Since there was no top sheet, I just took the comforter out of the duvet and used duvet as a sheet and it worked out fine for me The bed was comfortable Netflix was easy If you smoke, there’s a small patio where you can do so You have to empty the trash but its one flight down and in the building….. so easy I would stay here again!

Really nice stay and more than enough room for our family of five. The outside courtyard was a major bonus and we ended up having a really nice happy hour out there before heading out to dinner one night. Location was great! Close enough to walk to main attractions, yet quiet and safe at night. We had our favorite cafe experience right across the canal at Cafe Rosso. Stand at the cafe for a more local experience (and if you want to pay less. We learned at the end of our trip that you pay more for food if you sit at a table- rookie tourist mistake!)

I loved the location - because it was off the main tourist area. We were very close to a water bus stop which made it super convenient moving around Venice and getting back to the airport/train station. To get to the place we had to walk paths that we would never have seen if we were in a hotel off the Grand Canal - which I feel is like the real Venice. The place was clean, great views, had all the amenities we needed for our trip. My son was able to make dinner for us using a local market for food. We were also able to wash our clothes - very useful for the midpoint of our trip. I was with my sons who are young adults and it was just perfect! Highly recommend.

Close to Accademia. Lovely apartment with just the right amount of space for us. The kitchen and bathrooms are clearly up to date. We were pleased to be able to use the washing machine during our stay and our hosts had left some washing pods we were able to use. Excellent communication with us. Would happily stay here again if visiting Venice, and recommend our host to friends and family.

The stay for our family of 5 was more than good. Great location, away from the tourist flow, but barycentric compared to the main sites. The vaporetto and neighboring commercial activities that allow you to use the house as a base with extreme flexibility. The house is comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need for both the living area and the sleeping area. Very interesting is the book necklace about Venice that is available on the shelves! Unfortunately, upon our return we received a damage claim for a plumbing problem, which has left us completely basic and for which we are waiting for clarification. The request was not substantiated or documented, with the exception of a generic '' clogged shower ''. We hope this is a mistake. Still recommended apartment.

We stayed a few days in Rosa's place and it was perfect. Easily accessible, very good communication with Rosa, large, clean, functional and practical accommodation. It is very well located. Very quiet and only a 10-minute walk to Place Saint Marc. Very good restaurants nearby. Close to a vaporetto stop. In short, ideal for a good stay in Venice. I totally recommend this host and place to stay. To be booked without a second thought.

Massimo's place was absolutely amazing. It was in the best location and was nice and peaceful and wasn't in the touristy part. It felt we were amongst the locals! The apartment had such charm, and a great view. Massimo was also the most amazing host, was always super responsive, especially to our itinerary (which is not expected, and was greatly appreciated) and he gave such great recommendations for our stay there. I would 100% recommend Massimo's place to anyone staying in Venice, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for having us!

When looking for lodging in Venice proper, the task can be quite daunting. Frederico’s apartment stood out to us for its walkable location and his quick response time to questions before we booked. The apartment is located nearby a ferry stop from the airport, delightful restaurants, coffee and shopping. The large apartment is located overlooking a beautiful canal, on a third floor walk up that has easy to navigate stairs. Wide open floor plan with two bathrooms, two large bedrooms with double beds a very functional kitchen and great living space. Frederico’s kind nature and easy communication was a highlight of our trip. For the price the space was very affordable, if you want a comfortable stay in a quiet Venice area, this is the place for you.
