This old fisherman's house has been transformed into a charming 3-star gîte and welcomes you all year round in one of the most beautiful corners of the Ile de France, between the Seine and Loing rivers and the magnificent forest of Fontainebleau and its rock-climbing sites. The house is an ideal starting point to discover Fontainebleau, Moret-sur-Loing and Saint-Mammès, Milly-la-foret and Barbizon. The Scandiberique (Eurovelo 3) passes right in front of the house!

Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the Fontainebleau Forest hiking trails and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Stay near the Château de By, where the museum dedicated to the painter Rosa Bonheur is located. Local attractions also include the castles of Fontainebleau and Vaux-le-Vicomte, picturesque villages (Barbizon, Moret, Samois, Bourron...), the medieval city of Provins, forest hiking trails and climbing sites (a crash pad is at your disposal), activities on the Seine and the Loing. Thomery train station, a 20-minute walk away, allows you to reach Paris in 45 minutes.

In the heart of the 3 Pignons massif (Fontainebleau forest), nature lovers will appreciate the direct access to the forest. Château de Fontainebleau and Grand Parquet 10 minutes away. Modern duplex loft, spacious and bright, conveniently located in Moret-sur-Loing. This charming 95 sqm apartment offers a comfortable and functional setting, just 10 minutes from Moret - Veneux-les-Sablons train station and 5 minutes from the city center and the Intermarché. WiFi, fully equipped kitchen and parking space included. Great for a quiet and convenient stay, close to amenities and transportation. Self entry possible for more flexibility.

The Bidou

Studio created in semi-buried basement made of reclaimed materials and a new sofa bed and also a dry toilet for ecological purposes. Quiet thanks to its insulation despite a nearby railway. As a foster family for abandoned animals, our 4-legged friends are of course welcome. However, we prefer that they do not remain alone in an unknown environment to avoid any damage. We've put a lot of time and money into offering you a cozy little nest.

Edge of forest restyled cottage near Fontainebleau

Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.
