The place was as comfortable and perfect as my own home. It was a trip with my baby, so using the kitchen was an important requirement, but the furniture was really well equipped, and it was one of the most perfect houses throughout the trip. The baby loved it and we had a great time. It was also nice that the host guided the check-in process in person. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time staying at Christelle's place. We'd 9 people split between the 2 apartments and it worked very well. The location was great, half way between the train station and Fontainebleau, with the park nearby. Our favourite bakery was the one only a block away. The kitchen had everything we needed.

The accommodation perfectly matched my expectations. The place is quiet, easy to access and very pleasant. Cindy gave me the right information and didn't interfere during my stay, which is what I look for every time I rent a place.

Pleasant stay on the edge of the forest - and on the edge of the railway (you can hear a little trains). Spacious house for 4, possible for 5-6 sleeping in the living room.

A very pleasant weekend in this accommodation 🥰 As described, excellent hot tub and sauna, very nice kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster and stove, be careful, no mini oven) and practical. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes provided, which is very nice! On arrival, a small pleasant touch from the host 🥰 and some tea and coffee bags. Overall very clean (just a few traces of moisture around the windows) and very tidy. The decor is cocooning☺️. What a very relaxing romantic weekend. Ample parking is a stone's throw from the apartment. And some very nice restaurants (Chez Alex, very good!). Frankly, I recommend this listing 😻

Pleasant accommodation, good location and comfortable accommodation. Which allows you to visit Fontainebleau and its surroundings, but also Paris without worries. Our hosts have remained available. We often come to Avon to see family I would probably come back.
