Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Venetian Lagoon

Host gentilissima! Un appartamento molto carino con un carattere, ha un'identità precisa e racconta un pezzo di tutte le persone che vi hanno alloggiato. Si raggiunge il centro a piedi e i luoghi di interesse in pochi minuti di auto, condominio tranquillo e posto auto privato all'interno del cortile. Appartamento molto pulito e con tutti i confort, consigliato!

Location was wonderful. Very near a vaporetto stop which is very important when you have a large case!. Arrigo met us on arrival and told us all the good places to visit including restaurants and helpful tips about being in Venice. He provided tea, coffee, water, as well as other things such as toiletries. We really enjoyed our stay in Venice.

Absolutely top find. One of the best Airbnb places we have ever stayed in. Amazing location only blocks from Piazza San Marco, yet extremely quiet facing a canal. Beautifully furnished apartment with roomy layout--one bedroom and bathroom with shower separated on other side of apartment from the other two bedrooms plus full bath which form their own suite of rooms. Full kitchen and comfortable beds. Ideal for our three-generation family--with grandparents staying in the one bedroom and the rest of the parents and child in the other two bedrooms. There is even a boat landing right in front of the apartment, from which we arrived and departed by water taxi. Paola was extremely responsive and kindly made reservations for water taxis to take us to the airport extremely early in the morning. Paola's apartment simply added to the magical experience we had in Venice!

Nadja è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. La host ha dovuto affrontare un'emergenza causa malfunzionamento del boiler di Sabato mattina e nel pomeriggio è riuscita a risolvere tutto! Comodo alla stazione facilissimo da arrivare e pratico per tutto. pulizia impeccabile, eravamo in sei persone Siamo stati benissimo, informazioni per l'accesso molto chiare e senza difficoltà. L host sempre presente e veloce a rispondere per messaggio, e disponibile subito anche in caso di problematica. voto 10 super consigliato!

Clean, well maintained, and a good amount of space for 2 people! Many interesting pieces im the apartment and you can tell attention was paid to the details. The couch and bed are comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are clean. From pictures, we thought the glass staircase would be part of our apartment, but the steps actually lead to another airbnb upstairs. It is a shared entrance but did not cause us any issues. Would recommend this stay!

We wish we could give this apartment and its host, Alessandro, more than five stars. Alessandro picked us up at the train station in his boat and took us to the apartment. What a start! It had been raining and flooding for several days and we had to enter through the window, which just added to the overall charm. The apartment has so many small unique touches that make it a comfortable and fun place to stay. The location is great, outside a small square that is alive with families in the early evening and walkable to many points of interest and great places to eat. We highly recommend this place - and its host - and if we find ourselves headed to Venice again, we hope it is available to book.

This little gem is amazing!!! The staff was wonderful, and so welcoming and kind. The room with all its charm was spacious and comfortable. The highlight was the balcony overlooking the lagoon. The view over to Venice at night, watching the sunrise, so relaxing and beautiful. Our host bought breakfast of cappuccino and warm cornettos to our room! Easy access to the vaporettos and fast boat to the airport and train station make this the perfect spot. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Can't recommend this lovely authentic spot enough. We'll be back as soon as we can.

The place was even a bit better than I expected. I didn't realize that it could potentially sleep 5 and that they had actually stocked some food and water etc in the fridge as well. It's a pleasant place and I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Amazing place, felt so safe and gave us clear instructions on how to get to Venice. He also recommended us places to go and check out. He also gave us magnets and provided water and biscuits — amazing host!

Staying at Paola’s place is something that I highly recommend. She is very communicative and nice ☺️, gave us many recommendations and tips for the public transport. The room was exactly like the pictures, as well as the bathroom. We had an amazing time in Lido and we are planing to come back to her place again!

Alessandro is the perfect host - he has all the logistics covered but he also goes beyond this with helpfulness and generosity. The place is really charming, has lots of space and is really quiet. Alessandro had bought bus tickets for us and showed us clearly where to catch the bus - so helpful. It’s really fast to get to the heart of Venice too. Plenty of breakfast, dinner ingredients and bathroom supplies for us too. A great Venice place to stay especially if you have a car with you.

Daniel fue un excelente anfitrión, nos dio toda la información necesaria para conocer Venecia, el lugar estaba impecable, ha cuidado cada detalle, en la cocina encuentras café gratuito y otras cositas para consumir sin costo. Y lo más maravilloso que acepto quedarse con nuestras maletas durante unas horas. Daniel es una persona preocupada porque tengas una excelente experiencia dentro y fuera de su casa!! super recomendable!! volvería a tomar su opción si regresara a Venecia.

Alex is a truly wonderful host. I stayed in her apartment in Mestre for three months while working at the university in Venice and she was friendly, welcoming, and kind. The apartment is lovely and cozy; perfectly situated in a walkable neighborhood right next to public transportation and a super market. To get into Venice, you only need to take the tram 1 which comes every 20 minutes or so and after having stayed in Venice proper multiple times, I found I preferred the quiet and getting away from the crowds. I cannot recommend Alex's place enough and I will be staying with her again when I return for work.

We had a great stay. The apartment was well equiped, clean, the beds were super comfy. We were a couple minutes from the vaporetto, and close to many options for restaurants and market.

We spent a almost a week in the lovely apartment by the sea. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit Venice but stay outside in the more relaxed Lido area. There a nice restaurants and cafés as well as small shops nearby. We enjoyed staying in the carefully designed apartment. Federico was a great host, who gave us a personal reception and gave us tips about the area. Eventhough we were delayed, he waited for us unti we got there. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back another time.

absolutely perfect for a stay in Venice. Easy to get to from airport. bus costs 10 euros but a taxi is 40euros and so, with 4 of us, a taxi made sense. Brilliant communication especially as our flight time changed and so we were arriving after check in time. Gaspare met us at the apartment. Lovely spacious accomodation. 2mins to bus into Venice and a large supermarket opposite. Gaspare could not be friendlier and was also able to sort an issue where my son had left a headphone in the apartment after checkout. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Venise avec ma femme et notre fille de 15 mois. L’appartement est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de la ville, parfait pour découvrir la magie de Venise à pied. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et vraiment gâtés tout au long de notre séjour. L’endroit est romantique à souhait, idéal pour un voyage en amoureux, tout en étant très confortable pour une petite famille. Je recommande vivement à tous les voyageurs et voyageuses cet hébergement exceptionnel !

Absolutely loved this home! It was so special and thoughtfully decorated. Cristina and Frederico were also incredibly kind and welcoming - truly the best hosts that I have ever experienced using Airbnb. Cristina personally met us up on our arrival, took the time to ensure we were comfortable, and even had a map to show us were to go on the island. There were also so many personal touches throughout the home. It is clearly loved and they are so happy to share it with guests. Unfortunately, it rained quite a bit during our time in Venice but I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending it to friends and family. It was very conveniently located near the Pizzale Roma train station and was within walking to so many wonderful things! Cristina was also very responsive with any questions and provided us with so many wonderful recommendations during our stay. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful home! The pictures don't even do it justice. You will not be disappointed!
