We had a pleasant stay at Médéric's place. Médéric and Catherine are very responsive to messages. We were hosted very well by Catherine. The apartment is very pleasant and well-equipped. In addition, it is very well located, close to shops and the beach. We recommend this listing without hesitation!

Clean and as described. Pleasant stay. I just regret having to bring the linens. All other amenities were there.

We had a great stay and everything was perfect. The house is clean and had every amenity required for our stay, our son especially enjoyed having his own cinema room.

We had a pleasant stay at Fred's, the studio is clean and well decorated and the highlight is excellent bedding. Its location is ideal for the Vendée Globe, we watched 5 arrivals from the balcony, it was great. We appreciated the private parking and all access with code. Quiet location and ocean nearby about 100 meters, city center and shops within walking distance, tours and views on foot or by bike, we highly recommend for those looking for a peaceful stay with nature nearby, all in very good comfort conditions.

Excellent welcome from our host. This well-equipped apartment is really very nice, very bright with ocean views. The terrace is a plus. It's very well located. We went there to see the start of the Vendée Globe race but it also allowed us to discover the city of Les Sables d 'Olonne which is very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this apartment and destination.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. The beach is super close and easy accessible (max 100m from the apartment). Restaurants and stores as well. Rodolphe is very welcoming, kind and helpful if there are any questions!

A wonderful studio! Well maintained, clean, quiet, and with a balcony that makes you dream (the magnificent view of the sea and the pier, the petanque downstairs, the nautical base just next door). The availability of bicycles is extremely convenient. Magalie is a great host, very kind and responsive. My partner and I were won over.
