This is an independent studio (within a newly finished house) with its own access to the street and cut from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a bathroom & toilet Coffee & Hot water maker. There is a few restaurants (for all price range) near by No bikes provided but there is the possibility to rent them near by. Please note that: Pets are not allowed There is a TV but Internet is still under installation There is no Kitchen in the studio.

Located 80 meters from the beautiful beach of Châtelaillon and close to the city center with restaurants, shops, the accommodation has a separate entrance. Free vehicle parking is available in front of the main entrance. The suite consists of a 140 bed on a mezzanine, separate shower room and toilet, TV, sofa bed, Wi-Fi, courtesy tray. A dining area adjoining the room is available with equipped kitchen: induction stove, microwave, fridge.

Description: Rental of 44 m² for 2 to 4 people, kitchen area in the main room with 1 sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140, bathroom with shower + toilet, comfortable accommodation for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Private courtyard with garden furniture and car parking space. If we are away we have a key box.
