We loved our stay at Gonçalo's place. Beautiful, tranquil and chic, the space was the perfect hideaway for our vacation in Comporta. Close to all the beaches, restaurants and everything the area has to offer. The large, lofty and airy space is tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork, lovely furniture and small touches. The large eating and many sitting areas inside and out offered lots of options to lounge, relax, read a book or nap. Notably, Gonçalo is a cool and interesting guy. He gave us insider recommendations for hidden beaches we would have never discovered on our own. A special treat was Gonçalo's assistant Inês who made our stay incredible. She welcomed us warmly, took care of small requests, offered advice on local restaurants, and even hand picked fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Thank you Inês for making us feel at home! Highly recommend staying here if your looking for a chic and designer space in Comporta.

We had a lovely stay here despite dreadful weather! Ed was an amazing host, very fast at replying and great recommendations for restaurants which were all fab. House is in a lovely position and you feel very private once inside, its close to the rice paddy fields and you can walk to the beach which is a bonus. This is a lovely area with a beautiful beach but there is quite a bit of construction going on close by which is a shame. The noise didn't disturb us at all as it was up in the hills. The beach is quite wild but really lovely and has great restaurants & bars to watch the sunset. We wanted to surf but the waves wernt right here for our week but we found an amazing beach down the coast to surf so there are always options if you hire a car. There's lots to love about Margarida's apartment, in fact we changed our plans so we could extend our stay here. Two standouts are the location (just across from large public market, nearby bus stops, a block from the main boulevard, and 5-minute walks to the the central square and the bay) and the views (of the bay from both sides of apartment, the 14th century fort overlooking the city, and the medieval castle of Palmela. And the ever-changing sky!) The apartment is large, comfortable, and well furnished and stocked. We loved our time here and hope to return.

This is an excellent choice if you're looking for a quiet place at the countryside. The house is a 10 minutes drive from the pleasant town Melides (bumpy dirt road ride included), with a (small) market and a number of nice restaurants. The beach is a 20 minute drive away. The house was extremely clean when we arrived, and Marta arranged a baby bed and chair for our daughter. The queensize bed is amazing, as well as the huge veranda, with a hammock and some nice lounge beds and a big table. They are building a house close by, but it didn't bother us and the building should be over in some months anyway.

The house has all the amenities and much more than those described in the listing. Unfortunately, we got one of the rainy days, but the accommodation didn't lose its charm. The peace is unparalleled and the outdoors is amazing! We were able to have some meals on the street and it was really delicious. I couldn't fail to point out the decoration of the house, which mixes modern elements with older ones and makes us feel at home. We had a setback and the owner was very helpful and helped us quickly. I highly recommend visiting the house of the hat!

A good place at a good price, everything very clean and cozy, the host Joaquin is very friendly and helpful. If we return to the area, we will definitely be back.

Sofia's house is a wonderful piece of heaven. Beautiful views, amazing terrace and swimming pool, a very practical and modern house. The location of the house is perfect and really close to beaches, restaurants and fun activities. Highly recommend!

The photos don't do the place justice, it's much more beautiful and cozy than the photos show, it's close to everything. The view and the surroundings are very beautiful, Marcela was very patient and attentive.

Much more than just a well-equipped physical space, Edite provides an entire experience, opening the doors of your home with all your sympathy and hospitality, sharing all your knowledge about your bees, the myriad qualities of honey, pollen and propolis. The site is very quiet, immersed in nature, with several hiking trails, being able to end the day in the friendly private pool.
