We had a pleasant stay in this spacious house, ideal for our group of two families. Upon arrival, we found a clean and well-appointed house. The stone structure and antique decor add a rustic and original touch that makes the atmosphere unique and very warm. The pool was a real asset which allowed us to have great moments of relaxation and play. The garden, very well maintained, offered a beautiful and unobstructed view, adding a peaceful setting to our stay. We all enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Very clean with good view

The space visited is truly welcoming, offering what is strictly necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The simplicity of the place and the houses does not compromise the quality of the experience, providing an environment where you feel at home. One of the most notable points is the complete isolation of the site. This feature guarantees an atmosphere of tranquility, ideal for those looking for a refuge away from the noise and hustle and bustle of urban life. Peace and silence are predominant, excellent for walking tours, reading, photographs, etc. In addition, we had the opportunity to interact with the very friendly and kind locals allowing us to participate with the children in their tasks with the animals. In short, this space is an excellent choice for those looking for a simple but welcoming environment. We were two families and we used both houses, an ideal situation because the common spaces are to share. Thanks ! Silvia.

It was very pleasant, both at the location level, and at the level of hospitality and space (indoor and outdoor). The space is how they present the photos. The house is very well equipped and very modern. Place is very quiet. The entire outdoor space was very well taken care of. We were very well received, the hosts are very friendly and concerned for the well-being of the guests. We definitely recommend it and hope to come back one day.

Our stay there was fantastic. The house is new, clean and very spacious and comfortable. In addition, José Carlos and his family were very kind. The area is also very nice, both the beach and its surroundings.

Everything was perfect and with all the amenities explained in the listing. Isabelle has always been responsive to any need. Their lovely and close parents, they made us feel very comfortable.

Accommodation exactly as in the photos, quiet location, practical for being a few meters from a market and other points of interest. About 10 minutes by car to the center of Guimarães. Self check-in was super practical and with the password we had access to the safe with the keys. The house was extremely clean and the central heating was certainly a differential, providing the necessary thermal comfort on the coldest days we were there. When we arrived at the site, the house was already heated! The kitchen is well equipped and served us beyond our expectations. The garage accommodates a large car well, as it has a table for socializing. It's a great family accommodation. If you are looking for tranquility with comfort, this is the ideal space.

Great house for a few quiet days with a group of friends!

The view from this home is priceless. It is spacious and very comfortable. The power went out multiple times but always came right back on. The host was quick to respond to all of our questions and requests.

The house is as described. Beautiful, thoughtful, clean and tidy. With a modern and very functional rehabilitation. Very abundant firewood available for the stove, which will be a good need if you like us you have a cold weather on the days you stay in the house. As the only negative point, the existence of another house a few meters away in the same estate deprives this accommodation of excellence, although if you book the 2 homes with a group or family of friends, this is solved😉. Communication with Vila Nova de Cerveira is very good if you have a vehicle.

The home is beautiful. It use close to many great destinations. My girlfriend and I loved it so much we extended the stay 2 additional weeks. Very clean and spacious. The host was very responsive and accommodating to any and all questions. I would highly recommend this host and home to others. We would stay again.

We had a lovely stay. The location is great for long walks and time with the family. We loved the local restaurant. Which is next door. Food was great.

We stayed at Helder’s place for 3 weeks while visiting family with our two small children. The highlights of the house for us were: very clean at arrival; indoor parking close to the entrance; the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and the dining room was spacious, we were able to host our family several times; cordless vacuum; central heat was crucial for us as we were traveling from a colder climate and used to a warm home and it worked well; the bedrooms were a good size with a lot of closet space; lots of sheets and towels available; washer and dryer was also a must, which is not easy to find when renting in Portugal. The neighborhood was quiet, we always slept well. Easy access to the main road N14. Hélder is a great host, he was always promptly available to address a few issues that came up and he was very flexible with check in and check out times which we really appreciated specially traveling from so far with children. I was in the house of Mr. Júlio and I am allowed to say it is simply beautiful! The atmosphere is super quiet, with a breathtaking view. The house is all equipped, with all the utensils you may need. The fireplace warms the whole house very well, and also has air conditioning to ensure comfort at any time of the year. Mr. Julio was a very friendly and welcoming host. I recommend this house 100% to everyone! A quiet, spacious and comfortable place. Definitely a wonderful experience!

Restored house in a quiet setting with beautiful views. Everything very well taken care of. You can walk down to Caminha and take the opportunity to exercise. If you don't feel like making the beach, you can sunbathe in the great garden. If you go with children very appropriate to play without disturbing neighbors. Totally recommended.

Great value for money. Isabel's place is perfectly located in a quiet area where you can rest after visiting much of northern Portugal. We were 7 adults and we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful comfortable and spacious house. Connecting with Isabel was easy and friendly. If we had a chance, we would be happy to come back.
