På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Detta är det perfekta idyllen för dig som vill bo i ett lugnt och centralt område, samtidigt som du har nära till både hav, shopping och storstäderna Malmö och Köpenhamn. Passar perfekt för 3–5 gäster. Fyra personer bor som mest bekvämt, men vid behov ordnar vi gärna en extra säng för en femte gäst. We welcome you to live on this soon to be 200 year old farm. Renovated in 2018. This 2 bedroom apartment offers a cosy getaway with a perfect view of the typical southern landscape. The apartment is located in a separate building next to the farmhouse and you park just outside the door. The apartment is fully equipped, about 65 square meters with a big associated terrace. Enjoy the countryside, and just 15-20 minutes away many beautiful beaches like Skanör-Falsterbo, Ljunghusen, Kämpinge.

Guesthouse in Höllviken

Newly built guesthouse in an attractive location in Höllviken near both the beach (approx. 2.5km flight route), bus connections (approx. 500m) and the center (approx. 800m). A short distance away (approx. 700m) is also the Toppengallerian, a shopping center with ICA, Liqour store, pharmacies and clothing stores. In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

Welcome to our newly renovated country house with an amazing sea view on Eskilstorps ängar! Our guesthouse is from 19th century overlooking the the sea, Öresund. Right beside a natural reserve where you can find many different rare birds and flowers. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and two sofa beds in the house. In total the house sleeps 4 people comfortably. Adults only. Relax by the fire place or enjoy dinner outside in the sunset!

Välkommen till Lilla Huset! I det här unika och lugna gästhuset har du allt du behöver för semester eller bara en säng för natten. Det är korta avstånd till fina stränder, Malmö och Köpenhamn. Det är bara 10 min till färjan i Trelleborg. Dubbelsäng på sovloftet uppe. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår EJ. Det går att hyra till, 20 €/uppsättning Obs!
