Atanaska's house is the perfect base for skiing in Bansko or for hiking in Rila or Pirin. The house is close to the mountains, but located in a beautiful, quiet small village. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. The house itself is very modern and charming and has everything you might need during your stay. Atanaska is a wonderful host. She gave us very clear instructions and was always available to answer questions about the area. I recommend the house highly and look forward to our next stay.

Extremely kind host! I highly recommend the guest house, it has an amazing large yard, the house is cozy with a huge window in the dining room with a mountain view.. has all the household necessities.. We had an amazing stay at Kristina’s villa! The location is perfect—nestled in the mountains near Bansko and Razlog, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The scenery is stunning in every season, with fresh mountain air and beautiful hiking trails right at your doorstep. The villa itself is cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Kristina was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. This stay was one of the most incredible air bnbs I’ve ever stayed im. Not only was the house exactly as described but it had so much more with built in surround sound, amazing lighting and black out blinds I couldn’t recommend this stay more. Thank you for a special experience!

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for (we were 5 people). Very clean, only slightly messy kitchen. Rakja in the living room was a nice touch :D Bathrooms here are connected with the shower and this might be disorienting for some people, but it was never an issue for us. Position was also great. We even had the chance to be transported from the Airport to the Home, at a very reasonable price. It is 10 minutes from the park and maybe 20 from the center. If you are here it is because you like to walk. Really direct communication with the owner and it makes the difference. Immediate responses and he was always available to fix problems and give us flexibility. A storm cut internet and it was fixed within the day. Will come back again if I can with same number of people.

We were on a family vacation for 6 days. The house is big and clean, the kitchen is fully equipped,in the yard you can have a barbecue. The location of the property is great for hiking and very close to Borovets ski resort. Communication with the owner of the Atanas property was excellent,responded very quickly and answered all the questions. We really enjoyed this house and if we ever come to the area we would love to stay here again.

We stayed for 6 weeks. For 2 people Totally worth it. All worked great. Superb location close to Pirin street and a 15 min walk from the gondola. Only upgrade I would suggest is to get a washing machine. Otherwise you have to pay for laundry. Comfortable kitchen and bedroom. We did not get cold in the apartment and overall super good deal and nice stay

Great location, great apartment

The apartment was well equipped and very organised. The walk to the gondola is less than 10 minutes. Everything was perfect and really recommended.

Really great place and friendly host. The place comfortably houses 4 adults and ideal location for walking to the ski gondola. At first, slightly difficult to find the location, but they provided a video that helped. Check in was effortless. The actual place had comfortable beds, heating, everything was great. Only improvement would be to the shower that empties onto the floor after someone showers, leaving the bathroom floor wet. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Svetla and Anne are the best. I don't think we've had better hosts. Friendly, helpful, and unbelievably generous. I hope to come back to Bansko soon and this is where I would stay. The apartment is in a great location, right across from the gondola, and has everything you need for a long or short stay. My wife and I were there in the summer for two months and it felt like home. My highest recommendation. One of the best places we've stayed.

Had a lovely time Bansko, Alison was a great host, always giving weather updates before arrival etc. Apartment was really spacious and spotlessly clean with lots of clean towels and linen etc. It is located slightly out of the town centre but only a five minute walk, which was perfect as it was lovely and peaceful. Will definitely book here the next time we come to Bansko.

The place was amazing. There was everything you can need for a trip. The location was well explained, there was also a place to leave your car. It is exactly as the pictures. Plamen was very helpful!

I am coming to Bansko for many years and I have stayed in a great number it Airbnb but this time it was one of the best ever accommodations! The place is one of the best around it has everything that you ever need and the location is amazing just almost outside the gondola lift. Communication was accurate and Daniela was really helpful. This is the best stay in Bansko for sure !!!

Dimitar's apartment is laid out over 2 storeys on the top floor of an apartment block. It has a balcony that fills the kitchen with morning sun. It is comfortable and peaceful. There is a spacious ground floor with a wood stove and comfy armchairs, a bar and pool table where people meet. I enjoyed playing chess with some of the locals there. There is also a really nice sauna and swimming pool. Dimitar recommended we use Totem ski for hiring equipment which is extremely conveniently located near the gondola and only a short walk from the apartment. So we kept our ski equipment there over night. We found Bansko generally to be a fun destination. The locals are unpretentious and the area is laid back. The gondolas, lifts and mountain bars made skiing easy. The landscape itself is a real pleasure with woodland between pistes filled with the paw prints of foxes and rabbits. Apparently in the summer there are bears!!! ps I would recommend speaking to Bobi at Sankiyski about skiing lessons.

We rwally felt like home. It e apartment is well and fresh decorated with an ppen view of the mountains. Just 2 minutes of walking from the gondola. Karten and Iskra were igreat hosts, very responsive, very helpfull, easy ro communicate. with friendly approach . Our stay will be in Karsten's place for sure for next years vacation. 👍

All around it was perfect! Emilija is always on hand when you need something or have questions. The apartment is very well maintained, cozy and has a very high standard. Everything is taken care of, be it games for the family or bicycles for an excursion. It's just thought out to the end. The panoramic window invites you to linger. The pool, sauna and fitness are really included. With all other AirBnb offers, it is only available at an extra cost in the end. Everything Emilija has control over is just perfect. Unfortunately, there are a few points about the hotel. There are very few parking spaces in the complex. If it's high season, you could have a problem here. In addition, the pools were not very inviting. Due to the greenish color, we didn't dare go in there. It seems as if the hotel is making savings here and there. But unfortunately Emilija can't help it. That's too bad... but we'll book again!
