Apartment is located on the main promenade in Nis, across from the Main square. It's fully renovated and equipped with new furniture in 2017. It is characterized by modern interior with suspended ceilings and various lighting. It contains a large double bed and a sofa with TV and club tables makes the area for the living room. Located in the center. Free street parking. 100 meters from the apartment there is a beautiful park Čair where you can enjoy and have a nice day. In the neighborhood itself, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants with a wide range of food and drinks, as well as large markets. The stadium, sports hall, and Čair swimming pool are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Studio apartment is excellent for two persons. it's equipped with all necessary stuff even for longer stay. There are many shops, restaurants, coffee shops around.
