We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

In our house on the edge of the forest, we give you the space and freedom for green thoughts. But as a former forester's house, the unpaved forest path to it is not easy. You need the right car with ground clearance and skill. Good luck! There is 5G mobile reception in the house. NO WIFI, NO TV, No smoking in the house

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Waterfall & Sauna Cottage Escape – 30min Prague

Escape to a tastefully renovated historical cabin. Warm up in the wood-fired sauna, then cool off in a natural pond. Enjoy the sound of the waterfall, forest, and nature all around. Relax by the window with a crackling fire. Luxury comforts include a Bowers & Wilkins sound system, a fully equipped kitchen upcycled from old wooden doors, and a bathroom with heated floors and a rain shower. Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building, reimagined. This boutique loft, featuring a modern design and curated art, is a place to unwind and feel at home, with space for 2–6 people. It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.
