Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Velence

We stayed just for one night, but it was so peaceful I'd consider the place for 'work from home while away' :)

My family and I had an excellent time staying at Marta’s place. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table and foosball table were just some of the highlights. We loved the extensive amount of outdoor living space. Some days we used the outdoor grill and even made a porkolt over the gas burner which was already full of gas for our use. We had a few ants in one of the bedrooms and Marta was quick to send somebody over to rectify the situation. Lucky for us the house had enough bedrooms where this was a non issue. My son accidentally broke the glass of one of the kitchen cabinet doors and Marta was very easy to deal with it. I would highly recommend this place again and would consider staying again if my family and would re visit the Balaton. Thank you Marta for the great stay.

Extremely cool guy

A great place to stay for a quiet and active vacation - perfect location in a very quiet area. The house is brand new, beautiful, clean and very stylish! I recommend!!! I also appreciate the communication with the host, which was great. 2 bedrooms for 2 couples, we had a private one. Terrace overlooking the garden, including a barbecue. Parking in the backyard. I really recommend the stay.

Here is the full corrected translation: This was one of the best choices we made on this vacation. We arrived at the property as 8 adults and 4 children aged 1, 2, 5, and 8. Everyone had their needs perfectly met. The house looks even better than in the pictures! It is divided into several units, allowing the whole family privacy and peace. On our last day there, we canceled our plans just because we wanted to enjoy the large yard and its games. It’s impossible not to mention Levi, an amazing host who is available for any question or request. It’s clear that these people do their job from the heart. If you’re considering a trip to the area – don’t hesitate!

The family was very warm and inviting, very open to help with any situation. Upon our arrival they were there to welcome us and even recommended some restaurants nearby, fitting our specific needs. The house was well equipped and we had independence, nonetheless the family was close by incase we needed anything. Overall a great experience, and would definitely come back if we ever visit Budapest again!

Fantastic location, in front of public transportation and a short walk away from all main sites. Great home with all necessities and a fantastic feeling. Despite being winter, having a terrace in the middle of the city was a great plus. looking forward to being back!

Great location, very clean, nice place to stay!

The view!! WOW!! The roof top is both functional as well as a spectacular view of Budapest. The kitchen is fully functional and great for getting the morning started. The beds comfortable and spacious rooms. The bathroom was also easy to use; shelves for your things and places to hang your towels. The common area is the kitchen, but soon you are back on the roof! Linda was very helpful, a great communicator and I always enjoy when the host greets you at check in to share about the space.

Great apartment with wonderful views of Budapest from the hot tub. Location perfect, everything within walking distance and restaurants of all kinds at your doorstep, including probably one of the absolute top pizzerias of Budapest Al Piatto. Communication is simple and straightforward.

A spacious apartment in a great location, with many attractions within a 15-20 minute walk. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, including flexible check-in and out. The apartment is very easy to access to and from the airport as the 100E bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away. Overall, the apartment was as advertised, had everything we needed for a comfortable and hassle free stay.

We had a great stay in Budapest - Szilvia’s apartment is exactly as described, perfectly located in the Jewish Quarter with everything in the city close by or easy to get to by public transport. The apartment is really nice with everything we needed, and Szilvia was always contactable.

Great stay! Very close to everything. There was construction out front when we stayed, but they didn’t start until late so it was very quiet. Would stay here again

The apartment is great. The location is also good as the metro and tram runs nearby. Overall, as in the photos, everything was just a little worn and with signs of wear and tear, which does not limit the use. All in all a very nice apartment and definitely recommended!

Caaba is an enthusiastic ambassador for Hungary and Budapest and went out of his way to welcome us and tell us about the city! His place is in an amazing location - great restaurants, coffee and close by grocery store. The view of the basilica is such a great thing to have while sitting on the lovely terrace. Everything was very clean and the place itself was very spacious for 3 couples to stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a perfect stay at the apartment. The Check in and Check out were super easy and flexible. The apartment was clean, looked like shown in the pictures and especially the Rooftop terrace was fantastic. You have a great view over the city making it particularly beautiful for sundown. Everything is in walking distance and the public transportation was close as well making it super easy to get around the city. We highly recommend the apartment and Andras for anyone looking forward to their stay in Budapest!
