I'm just starting with two "negative" things. 1) Pellets are needed for the stove, as it is more comfortable for the client and more romantic, (but not really necessary for heating). 2) A larger hot water tank is needed for the bathtub, as hot water is used up quickly. Now we are talking about the benefits of the environment. ☺️ It was a luxurious, cozy apartment, with ample space and comfort. The apartment was a romantic place, where the lights and the bathtub with hot water had a great effect. The bed was king size, spacious and comfortable, heating with a large central air conditioner that was sufficient for heating the environment. (The stove is needed more for romance). It was a very clean environment and everything was shiny. I highly recommend this place and if you want to spend a nice night, choose it. Shaida was also always ready to answer any questions we had. (I would suggest that you welcome guests with something, maybe a small bottle of wine and some snacks) See u Agai

We had a very confortable and peaceful stay! We were greeted warmly, despite arriving late due to our flight in to Tirana. The kitchen adjoins, but is separate to, the main house (living room and bedrooms), but this was not a problem, especially if spending your time eating al fresco in the really nice outdoor spaces available! The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We highly recommend a stay for a quiet getaway that is not too far - 10 min drive - from Berat which is a wonderful city to explore!

alloggio meraviglioso, con una vista incredibile. la strada per arrivarci è un po’ tortuosa ma ne vale decisamente la pena! l’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort. siamo rimaste decisamente colpite dal proiettore, fantastico!!! host gentilissimo e davvero molto reattivo, ci ha anche dato tanti consigli preziosi sui posti da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. complessivamente abbiamo trascorso proprio un bel soggiorno, siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte. consiglio caldamente

Todo estaba según la descripción y las fotografías. Las vistas desde la casa son increíbles. La casa es confortable. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Encontramos todo lo que necesitamos. Los espacios son amplios. Konstantin nos ayudó para localizar la casa. Estuvo muy atento con nuestra familia desde que hicimos la reserva. Informándonos en todo momento. Nos permitió dejar las maletas mientras se terminaba de preparar la casa porque llegamos temprano. Nos recomendó lugares de interés. Muy cercanos a la casa. Su ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de la zona animada de la ciudad y también disfrutar de la casa en familia.

Our stay was amazing ! The host was very nice and friendly. She told us that the road to go to the south was only accessible by 4x4s which was valuable information for our trip. The place was super clean and the view from the room was breathtaking. It was truly beautiful, we even had breakfast at the outside tables in front of the canyon. 10/10 would recommend it! Thanks again for everything.

Çok memnun kaldık. Evi o kadar beğendim ki, fotoğraflardan çok daha güzeldi. Terasta oturmak o kadar keyifliydi ki keşke daha uzun süreli tatil planı yapsaydık dedik. Şehre erken vardık, valizlerimizi giriş saatinden önce bıraktık, şehri gezebildik. Girdiğimizde temizlik kokuyordu ev. Gerçekten çok memnun kaldım, her şey vardı, kahve makinesi, ütü hatta ütü sehpası bile. Uçağın bagaj kuralı gereği valizi tartmamız gerekti. Sorduğumuzda bize tartı bile bulup getirdi ev sahibi. Çok memnun ayrıldık, bir daha gelirsem tereddütsüz yine burada kalırım

We had a really good time there! Zoran was an amazing host. From the pictures it just looked that we would have a kitchen inside the apartment which was not the case. You get a stove outside your room, which can be totally fine for other people.

Ev sahibimiz çok cana yakındı.Ev eski şehirde ,dar sokaklardaydı. Belli bir yer söyledi ve orda bizi karşılayarak eve götürdüler. Sorularımıza çabuk yanıt verdi. Ev Oldtown da . Görülmesi gereken yerlere çok yakındı. Ohrinin en özel muhitinde ev. Manzara çok iyi. Yataklar iyi ,çarşaflar temiz. Çıkışımızda otobüs geç saatteydi. Evden geç çıkmamıza olanak verdi. Bir daha gelirsem kalmak isterim.

Un appartement fonctionnel, conforme à la description un hôte pas présent mais réactif donc pas de souci. placé en plein centre et à deux pas du lac pour le prix je recommande vivement les commerçants sont charmant (fast food mario) et plein d'autre (mini market tona) et Pogradec à voir c'est super. merci

Clean, cosy apartment with a stunning view of the mountains. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening to watch the sunset. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was no more than 5 - 15 minutes walk to most of the restaurants and sights we wanted to see. Enio and his wife Klea were both incredibly friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend!

Violeta was a very friendly, caring and helpful host! She made sure we had everything we needed, gave us information about the area and even offered us welcoming drinks, coffee and hazel nuts fresh from the tree. The communication was very good. Nikola's place was in a great location, next to the walking paths on the hill (to the fortress, St John's church and the hidden beaches). An easy walking distance into town too, with restaurants and shops. It was lovely to have a balcony from which we could see the lake. There are utensils for cooking and we had everything we needed for a short stay. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing place in the heart of Ohrid! Absolutely perfect location and a beautiful place. Jovan was super helpful and friendly. Great value and really comfortable. The only thing that was slightly lacking was the internet connection was very weak, however Jovan mentioned that this issue is soon to be resolved. Definitely recommend!!

This is the last Airbnb we stayed during our recent trip and I am grateful we chose this place to end the trip! It is beautiful, spacious and clean, certainly above my expectations and among one of the best we stayed. It is near city center with restaurants and attractions nearby. More impressively is Fabiana’s hospitality. She communicates proactively, made suggestions and helped us with parking. We felt at home, in particular I enjoyed the comfortable bed and crispy clean sheets. Thanks for the great experience!

But, when you combine the kindness and generosity of the host family, the amount of thought and care that has gone into the apartment and the amenities within (its five-star luxury inside), and the fact that it’s located in the castle itself with immaculate sweeping views from the common seating area, I was simply blown away! If its available, book it!

Man hat hier einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See am morgen und Abend. viele Obstbäume auf dem Grundstück und auch einige Tiere wird man hier sehen. ( Katzen , Schafe und Hühner) Man ist ganz privat in dieser tollen Hütte und sollte den Einkauf bereits auf der Anreise erledigen, da der nächste "Supermarkt" etwas weiter weg liegt.Vom Host haben wir etwas Wasser und frische Eier umsonst zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. wir waren sehr zufrieden.
