Cozy little apartment in a very nice and safe area. We are walking distance from the central canals and around the corner you'll find restaurants, shops and more livelyness. Our street is a green and calm street with a friendly atmosphere. Everything you need is 2 m,in walking. Please note that the studio is on the 4th floor, this is our topfloor and thus you will enjoy the light and airy side of it. We dont have an elevator so you need to be fit to walk stairs. Our place in the countryside exudes peace & a relaxed atmosphere and is located in close proximity to forests and recreational lakes. The house has been furnished in luxury, equipped with comfortable beds, rain shower & dishwasher. In the summer there is a swimming pool of 5 m x 10 m in the garden ( 1.30 / 1.40 m deep), where you can swim in.
