Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Our holiday park, De Tulpenacker, boasts a unique, green setting by the water, close to the Netherlands' larger cities and the beach. In spring, the bulb fields and Keukenhof Gardens are also easily accessible. It's the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with your family, friends, and relatives. Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

💎 Situated on crystal clear water, you find peace and fun for the whole family here in both summer and winter. You will explore the natural surroundings by boat, bike or on foot. After barbecuing, you paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Parking is included. Enjoy peace and space in this special green spot on the water, on the outskirts of downtown. All the comforts you need: air conditioning, free WiFi. A Nespresso machine for delicious coffee. The Vroesenpark is across the street, Diergaarde Blijdorp is a 10-minute walk away, as well as metro Blijdorp (800m). Close to the city center and exit roads. On a hot day, take a refreshing dip in the canal, or hop into the canoes that are ready for you.

Guesthouse Bethune is located in the beautiful village of Tienhoven, in the middle of the Dutch lake district. Amsterdam (30 min by car) and Utrecht (15 min) are nearby. The area is famous for biking and hiking but also boat trips along the river Vecht with its castles and famous historic houses. You can enjoy the great nature (many birds) with one of our bikes or our kayak. Self catering / without breakfast.

A small cottage in the center of Nieuwveen close to Amsterdam and Schiphol. The location is centrally located between other major cities, beach and Keukenhof. With the lake areas as close surroundings. Canoes and (electric)bicycles are available for free. Within walking distance (100 m) a supermarket, bistro/restaurant, café, small museum, snack bar and bus stop infront of our house. No dogs/no drugs.
