This centrally located accommodation, in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance (5-10min) to trainstation and village centre with all its conveniences, is a great location to relax/work. Well equipped: kitchen, oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. Travelling by car/train: it is an excellent base to visit Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Gouda, Leiden, Utrecht, Schiphol airport (car 20-30min/train 20-55min). Enjoy the sun on both balconies in this 3th top floor located condo.

The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. In the area you'll find many bars and restaurants, easy access to public transport and 2 large green parks. Rent a bike and within 15 minutes you are in the city center!

Ons appartement ligt tegen vele toeristische bezienswaardigheden aan in Rotterdam en ondanks dat het in het hart van de stad ligt is het rustig slapen en er is veel groen te vinden. Hayko and Nerys are great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding construction is NOT a bother and noise from it does not reach the apartment. The apartment is amazing - well appointed, clean, and functional. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and we made a number of our own meals in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The Nespresso works well, as well as the hot water kettle. Most of Amsterdam is very easy to access from this apartment. The tram is the easiest - no tickets, just use your credit card or Apple/Google pay to get on/off. Same with the buses, but they run less frequently. The 1e Coehoornstraat Tram Stop (#7 line) is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 grocery stores also about a 5 minute walk, Albert Heijn and Odin (health food store). Highly recommend staying here, for the apartment and the vibe. Thank you Hayko and Nerys!

We (me, my wife and our five months old baby) stayed in the apartment for two months, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was ideal for a longer stay with a phenomenal location, amazing garden, and a very helpful and welcoming host family. They lend us things for the baby, responded quickly to all our requests, helped when we had visiting family and made us feel at home from the beginning. We can highly recommend renting this apartment, especially if you want to stay in Delft for a longer period.

Staying for work and the location was ideal as it was close to other colleagues. The amount of sunlight in the main living area and bedrooms was great. I spent two days working in the living area and it was great to sit in the sunlight. If someone struggles with mobility issues, they might have an issue with the staircase.

This is an amazing apartment! Both the unit, the furnishings and the building as a whole feel brand new, Surprised that the walls separating apartments appeared to be concrete so not a sound is heard from the neighbors and the gorgeous floor to ceiling windows do a great job of blocking out the sounds of the city while letting nothing but that incredible view come through! The view is west facing so nightly sunset viewing becomes an event. Michiel and team are terrific hosts, meeting you upon arrival to check you in comfortably and answer any questions. This place is upscale living at it's best - highly recommend.

The house was as described, the location perfect for the beach and at the same time close to the pedestrian zone with many pretty shops and restaurants. Apartment in best neighborhood!

We had a great Stay in Florentijn's place in Amsterdam. The location is perfect as it is in a very nice part of Amsterdam (De Pijp) with many Restaurants and Shops, but still secluded and quiet during the nights. As it is connected via Metro in only three stations to the Central Station you can be in the city center in only 15 min but also other highlights in Amsterdam are ease to reach. The flat is small but has everything you need. We traveled as family with two kids (9 & 6y old) and everything worked out great. Florentijn answered all our questions super quickly and also helped us with questions to parking and public transportation. As we traveled on the Easter weekend, accommodation prices were high everywhere and the city was even fuller with tourists than normal. If you can avoid these peak times even better, but we still managed everything we wanted to do and had a wonderful family weekend.

Dear Katy, We greatly enjoyed a lovely stay at your b&b. The apartment was fully furnished with all that we needed. And from a nearby grocery store we were able to buy the healthy Dutch food that Holland is noted for. Since we had the whole place to ourselves, we had all the privacy we could want. I especially enjoyed running along the road above the beach. The sun was setting, and one could see lovers on benches holding hands, families frolicking, and groups of people having a good time. The fresh air coming in from the sea made me forget how long I was running. We had a thoroughly delightful stay. Best regards, Alan, Yun and Joan with the group
