Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, both at 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.

It is located in such a way that you are not inconvenienced by trains and traffic. There is a small private garden with garden furniture.

You have your own toilet and bathroom, just near your room in the hall. The location is perfect for visiting the university, all the highlights of Utrecht or central station. This apartment is perfect convenient for a short stay in the center of Utrecht.

In a beautiful house on one of the most beautiful canals of Amersfoort, lies this beautiful and fully furnished apartment. The prime location is quiet, yet in the middle of the historic city center. The shopping street, restaurants, terraces, museums, everything is within walking distance. The station is a 15-minute walk, and by train you can reach Amsterdam in 30 minutes.
