We had a lovely stay in Akhult, it was much more than we have hoped for. The location right next to lake Fiolen was perfect, the possibility to borrow a rowing boat and the bikes was wonderful for us and the kids (11 and 14 year old). The house is cozy and well equipped and tastefully furnished, you can tell that Erik (Katjas husband) owned a furniture shop and knows a thing or two about wood working. If you are looking for a quiet place in the midst of Smalands vast woodlands I can wholeheartedly recommend Katja's and Erik's house. We were very fortunate to have perfect summer weather in late August and early September. We would love to come back at some point... Thank you so much.

Majja ist eine sehr liebevolle Gastgeberin, die auch telefonisch stets für uns erreichbar war und uns bei der Planung unterstützt hat. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Unsere vier Kinder konnten sich im Garten und auf der Koppel austoben. Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig am Waldrand und lädt zu Blaubeerpflücken ein. In der Nähe finden sich viele tollen Seen zum Baden und Kanu fahren.

Nous avons passé un agréable moment chez PhiL et SarA. Phil a eu la gentillesse de nous accueillir et de nous faire visiter le logement en Français. Le logement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. C'est très agréable de se réveiller avec la vue sur la forêt ! Parfait pour une étape près de Växjö!

Wir waren leider nur 2 Tage Gast bei Elin & Toba. Warum leider? Diese Unterkunft bot uns die schönste Erfahrung, die wir jemals über Airbnb erleben durften. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, die Möbelierung/Dekoration - hier steckt Liebe im Detail, voll ausgestattete Küche, und ein unübertroffener Wohlfühlfaktor. Direkt am See in einer ruhigen Umgebung, wir konnten sehr entspannen und wirklich abschalten. Kleiner Tipp am Rande für einen besonderen Abend: Im Restaurant Texas Longhorn in Växjö, circa 12 Min Autofahrt entfernt, befindet sich das für uns beste Restaurant in der Umgebung. Ganz besonders wenn es um Fleischgerichte geht ;-) Wir bedanken uns für diese unglaublich schöne Zeit. Danke, dass ihr es uns ermöglicht habt!! Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Ola. Direkt am See und Sauna im Haus. Was gibt es schöneres? Direkter Zugang zum Wald wäre die Kirsche auf der Torte aber in geringer Distanz gibt es verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum spazieren / wandern. Ola war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir möchten gerne im Sommer wiederkommen um auch das kostenfreie Boot zu nutzen und eine Tour über den See zu machen. Alles was man braucht war in der Küche vorhanden und sogar Kaffee und Tee wurde kostenfrei bereitgestellt! Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei dir Olá!

We stayed just under a week in Hulevik and enjoyed it very much :) Växjö and Älmhult are the nearest bigger cities in the vicinity (~25 mins by car) and there you can find everything you need. For the basic groceries you can find ICA Nära in ~10 mins. In order to really explore the area you need a car, but that wasn't a problem for us. Hulevik is very calm and relaxing, ideal if you want to find peace and quiet. The area around lake Åsnen is exceptionally beautiful and offers great hiking paths and several little mysteries like Trollberget :) Viewing the beautiful sunrise at the lake should not be missed. The house has everything stated in the description and is very spacious. The kitchen is perfect, everything was very tidy and we felt right at home. A great base for our explorations. Overall it was an excellent experience for us and communication was also always good! Thank you Caroline and Pierre for the nice stay.

Lennart and Lena are the friendliest hosts we’ve ever had. We arrived before the given arrival time, and that was ok (thanks for that 😋). Lena made us feel welcome the moment we entered the premises. The studio is even more beautiful than the pictures. The place has been maintained very well. It truly felt like home. All you need is in the studio. The wifi is fast, the water is warm and bed is huge! Lennart and Lena share their canoe which is amazing! We’ve had a great day one the lake. We took our little dog Fritz, who had the best time of his life! Its safe for him to wonder around (he is a 10month old pup) 10/10 recommended!! We really would like to come back some time to enjoy the calm and peaceful place.

Vi havde nogle rigtig gode dage i Carls dejlige bolig. Værten var rigtig venlig og hjælpsom og responderede effektivt. Huset var godt - alting var i orden. Det er nok værd at vide, at man ligger lidt tæt på loftet på hemsen. Vi nød nærmest perfekt stilhed, fordi huset ligger så godt placeret omringet af kilometer af skov. Vi nød lange gåture i skovområdet, og der ligger flere søer i området, man kan gå til og endda bade i. Vi kunne godt finde på at komme igen. Tak, Carl, for at leje dette hus ud.

We had a very relaxing few days at Magnus little Cottage. We enjoyed the cozy house, lovely garden with all the animals and the lake closeby very much. Magnus was very welcoming, showed us his farm including all the fruits and veggies that were growing there and gave us tips in what goods to harvest best for our dinner. He also offered some tips on what to do in the area and we very much enjoyed a hike in the forrest nearby. We would definitely recommend a stay if you are looking for some quite time off at the countryside.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit allem, was man so benötigt. Schöner Waldwanderweg und See in unmittelbarer Nähe. Susanne und Torsten sind sehr liebe Gastgeber. Wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, nahe einer 70 km/h Straße, die man schon gut hört. Heizmöglichkeiten mit AC und mobilem Heizlüfter nicht ganz ideal bei Besuch mit Baby, aber abgesehen davon ist die Wohnung preis-leistungstechnisch für 29€/Nacht top.

super unkomplizierter und sehr freundlicher Kontakt, saubere, gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. gut gelegen, um auf dem See zu paddeln (danke fürs Kanu ausleihen:)!) oder um kleinere Wanderungen zu machen. kleinere Orte, Cafés und weitere Ausflugsorte in der Umgebung sind in ca 20Min bis ca 1 std per PKW zu erreichen. wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, definitv empfehlenswert, wenn ihr eine ruhige und naturnahe Unterkunft sucht!

I had a pleasant stay at Prasanth's Airbnb I felt like home, the room was so comfortable, spacious and clean, the bathroom very nice for a shower and spotless, I was able to use the kitchen and utensils for breakfast with some instructions the host gave me, and had to do some laundry without a problem, I thank you for hosting me so well Prasanth you have a beautiful property hope to be back in the future.

Vi var tre familjer som hyrde detta stora och fina hus i härlig omgivning. Sjö och skog precis intill. Möjlighet att låna roddbåt och att fiska i sjön samt flera promenadstråk. Rofyllt. Ett trevligt värdpar som välkomnade oss och berättade om närområdet.

Till och med mysigare än på bilderna! Gammalt och genuint med mysigt läge precis vid en skog, för vackra promenader. Perfekt om ni är några vänner som vill ha en lugn helg med umgänge och promenader. Minimala punkter som bara kan vara bra att veta om man kommer dit (fortfarande väldigt värt att besöka!): Väldigt brant trappa så vi fick bära upp hundarna upp och ner. Lite krassligt elsystem som fick kortslutning om vi körde flera saker samtidigt (t ex vattenkokare o kaffemaskin, eller tvättmaskinen). Det fanns också vad som såg ut som mögel i fönstrena, vilket påverkade några i gruppen med allergi. Detta påverkade inte vår helg utan vi hade några toppendagar i huset!
