The host was incredibly responsive and made sure to send a warm welcome that included very detailed instructions of how to get to the location. On top of that, the view from the back patio was beautiful and the accommodations were clean and relaxing to be in. Also, just a note that I stayed alone as a 26-year old woman, and felt incredibly safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely recommend, such a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Kathleen’s house very much. There were 6 of us; my family and my brother’s. The house was very cozy with an open kitchen and living room space with high ceilings. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and many things we didn’t expect like breakfast foods, coffee, etc. The two bathrooms were both spotless and had lots of nice soft towels. The outdoor furniture was very nice and new and the property is private and nicely maintained. A few of us also enjoyed using the kayaks on the lake directly across the street. We were attending a family reunion at a house on the same street so the location was extremely convenient. We liked this house so much we would like to book again for our future reunions.

La cuisine est tres bien équipée. Tout est fourni tel qu'indiqué dans la description. Cuisine et salon très spacieux. Les chambres très confortables. Il n'y a pas d'eau potable, mais l'hôte nous avait avisé et nous avions apporté nos bouteilles d'eau. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation. Merci à l'équipe pour ce beau séjour.

Mark and Karen-Ann were gracious hosts providing a well stocked kitchen with essentials and provided easy to follow guidelines. They were very responsive and easy to work with when circumstances arose. The water front Condo has beautiful and peaceful water views of the St Lawrence River from the kitchen, dining room, living room and outside covered patio. The location is walkable to downtown, Cornwall Square and several restaurants. Highly recommend if you’re looking for the best accommodations in Cornwall.

Eugene’s place was very clean and had everything we needed. He was very responsive, Super accommodating and helpful as well. My son and I had a great time on the water in the pedal boat and he loved the hot tub! (Which I will add was also very clean) If you choose to stay at this relaxing, quiet and enjoyable place, it is suggested to do groceries prior to coming into town as it is quite expensive at the towns grocery store and if you’d like to use the fire pit, bring your fire wood as it is not provided. Thank you Eugene! We enjoyed our stay and were sad to go :)

This place is peaceful, beautiful, a gem. I loved hearing the water from the sundeck (porch with windows): looking and hearing the water, feeling so close was a balm and beauty. For those seeking rustic beauty, you cannot do better. The home is well set-up: cozy, stocked, inviting. The sky is full of stars, the tide comes in and out, the woods are just there. David's local recommendations were also outstanding, making us feel like visitors welcomed personally. We followed several of his suggestions at an easy pace: and so soaked in the quaint Brooklyn, WoodenBoatSchool, and gem-of-a-library. It was autumn with some rain, some cool, great beauty always. In other weather we might have done a campfire or bbq. Lovely seats outside. There were more places to sleep than we imagined there might be: it was just my teen son and I, so we didn't even go to the loft. This is a cozy cabin on the sea, with exceptional grounds and a good soul for host!

Beautiful location, even in the snow storm. Sauna is fantastic, as was fire place. Huge laundry room was a plus. Great hiking within 10 min drive. Couple things to know. The doors to the bathroom and the one bedroom are folding pocket doors (like ones you might find on a closet) and are very acoustically transparent. They are right off of the main living space, so just a thing to be aware of if that is going to be a problem for your group. This is very much a lake house / winter cabin kind of space. It is not pristine. If you have young children, I might not feel comfortable bathing them in the tub, but it was certainly fine for tweens and adults to shower in. But if your expectations are set going in, you'll have a nice stay.

This was the perfect spot for our family trip. Plenty of room for 8 adults. The house is private and there’s lots to do close by. We swam, golfed, hiked, and made day trips to Burlington VT and Montréal. The sunsets by the dock were amazing. I loved this property and would visit again if available.

Localisé dans une jolie maison ancestrale, chez Audrey c’est un magnifique endroit pour une escapade détente. L’appartement est très propre et décoré avec goût. Le lit est confortable. Audrey a préparé un cahier d’accueil très bien fait et pratique avec, entre autre une recommandation de restaurants. Il y a un petit balcon avec vue sur la rivière idéal pour prendre l’apéro et même y casser la croûte. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner un repas léger. De plus c’est à quelques pas du vieux Beloeil et la proximité permet une belle promenade le long du Richelieu. Stationnement fourni et apprécié. Bon séjour!

L' adaptation partiel pour une personne en fauteuil roulant,c est super! Les moins: Le réseau internet moyen. Unique salle de bain, pas de ventilation. Le divan est inconfortable.Certains équipements seraient dû à être renouvelés.Tiques présentes. Bref, je recommande cette maison. J' y retournerais sans hésitation.C'est un endroit magnifique. Christian had lots of recommendations for me and made the house cozy. I would just read carefully the house rules and inquire if you have questions because he is strict about rules , but they are rules that make sense and contribute positively to the stay. He’s got great bar recommendations and can even tell you the right bar for the vibe you’re looking for. And the location is perfect, minutes from a major train stop and in the midst of shops and restaurants galore. I recommend a stay with Christian, great experience.

The view of the lake is so serene and having access to it on the property was quite the bonus feature. My family knew it was too cold to swim but we were looking forward to the calmness of it all. Dominique let us know that she'd be around the last night of our stay which was a nice heads up in case we heard any noises in the main house above. They were very quiet neighbors! We took a trip over to Cold Hollow Sculpture Park during the day to visit during their last open weekend of the year which was a nice way to see some art and the surrounding landscape. Maybe next time we'll get a bite to eat somewhere but we had everything we needed to prepare meals so we mostly stayed put this time around. We'd love to stay again next time we're looking for a VT getaway if they'd have us.

I stayed here 3 times, during my visits in Montreal, in 2023 and 2024. Beautiful place, clean, amazing host. Thank you, this is my place to stay in Montreal!
