Our fully equipped seasonal cottage is on the Salmon river 15 minutes north of Malone and close to the Canadian border. We can provide info on visiting Montreal as well as the Wilder Homestead, fishing and hiking trails. We have an appetizer or home made soup waiting for guests on their arrival. Keep it simple. Peaceful and centrally-located two bedroom cottage on beautiful Lake Champlain. Deck and firepit to enjoy the most amazing lake sunsets. A perfect couples getaway but can accommodate a small family. A home away from home with all the conveniences we could think of! A Paddle board on site for your use. Bring your own fishing gear and fish right off of the dock(summer months). Just a few miles from several VT State parks, 30 minutes to Burlington,30 minutes to Smuggs.

Lovely quiet place to relax in the Laurentians....great for the whole family, even pets! (2 max.). Beautiful scenic location. Close to Morin Heights & Saint-Sauveur (under 25 minutes). Petit Lac Noir in Wentworth Nord is a peaceful non-motorized lake & this cottage has its own private lakefront. Enjoy the paddle boat in the summer and the cozy fireplace in the colder months! The cottage has cable TV (with movie network) and a DVD player with quite a few movies. Unlimited wifi!

The house is very comfortable. It has everything you need. The location is perfect. 5 min from Costco and Walmart. 3 min from Tim Hortons. Host is responsive. The place has a piano. I asked the host to tune the piano, he did it right away. If you need anything, the host makes sure to provide it. Upon my arrival, snacks, coffee and tea were there. Clean, cool and peaceful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I’m sure that you will as well. Cheers ✌️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L’endroit est très propre, bien entretenu et situé dans un quartier calme, idéal pour se reposer. Tout est conforme à la description, et on s’y sent rapidement chez soi. La propriétaire est très réactive et toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour un séjours.

Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour. C’est un endroit calme et paisible. Beaucoup d’activités nautiques. Très belle chambres et literie impeccable. Le chalet possède tout l’équipement nécessaire à votre séjour. Le lac est magnifique et le chalet est directement au bord de l’eau. Nous recommandons ce chalet sans aucune hésitation. This place is peaceful, beautiful, a gem. I loved hearing the water from the sundeck (porch with windows): looking and hearing the water, feeling so close was a balm and beauty. For those seeking rustic beauty, you cannot do better. The home is well set-up: cozy, stocked, inviting. The sky is full of stars, the tide comes in and out, the woods are just there. David's local recommendations were also outstanding, making us feel like visitors welcomed personally. We followed several of his suggestions at an easy pace: and so soaked in the quaint Brooklyn, WoodenBoatSchool, and gem-of-a-library. It was autumn with some rain, some cool, great beauty always. In other weather we might have done a campfire or bbq. Lovely seats outside. There were more places to sleep than we imagined there might be: it was just my teen son and I, so we didn't even go to the loft. This is a cozy cabin on the sea, with exceptional grounds and a good soul for host!

Desiree provided helpful, detailed instructions and communicated well before and after the trip. She responded quickly to questions which was greatly appreciated.
