Charming 2 bedroom villa with modern-rustic design, in the center of Ferrel, close to all types of shops, cafes, surf schools, restaurants, the famous beaches of Baleal and Almagreira, and the city of Peniche. The house has a backyard with independent entrance (perfect for bringing bikes and surfing equipment), outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue, jasmine plants, and an outdoor table and chairs set. The traditional house was completely restored and rehabilitated in May 2022.
