I had a very good stay at Nikos and Nikoletta! the place was very well maintained and clean and my hosts were great at communicating and helping out with clarifications and recommendations. very central and walkable to the historical sites. I hope more people get to come to Arta and stay at this place!

Wow, what a breathtaking view, from every window of the house! Mountains of Tzoumerka!! This is the ideal place for those who wish to explore the Tsumerka area for a period of 3-5 nights. The accommodations are superbly designed and maintained, and we stayed here with our family for four nights. The property is ideal for all seasons, in my opinion. Clean, well maintained and equipped. Very close to the rafting activities(e.g. Via Natura), Pramanta village and close to the waterfalls e.g. Kouiassa Waterfall (must see!!). about one hour drive from Ioannina(also must see and explore), 2.5 hr from Papigo/Papingo( must see!!).

The house is really dreamy and equipped with everything you can imagine. The kitchen is terribly equipped, from pots and crockery to a pressure cooker mixer and scale. We didn't miss anything at all and it felt like home. The garden and grilling area the same. Our doggies welcome. I honestly can't find a flaw. The host is welcoming and helpful in everything. If I could leave 10 stars I would leave. We were sad to leave.
