Villa vacation rentals in Vathianos Kampos

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt, waren immer gut betreut und die Wohnung entsprachvoll unseren Erwartungen. Man muss wissen, dass in den Abendstunden auch das ein oder andere Flugzeug nach Heraklion fliegt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt vor Ort und zu Fuß in 2Minuten erreichbar. Ansonsten ist ohne Mietwagen ein schnelles Einkaufen oder Essen gehen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht so einfach. Mit Auto alles kein Problem in fünf Minuten in großer Auswahl. Die Aussicht und die Wohnung sind sehr gut. Schwimmen vor Ort zu Fuß in fünf Minuten sehr gut möglich unterhalb der Wohnung. Diese war viel großzügiger als erwartet. Insgesamt kommen wir gerne wieder.

Elini's villa is absolutely beautiful, very clean, exactly as described, and easy to get to from the airport! Elini is a fantastic host, she helped us arrange taxis throughout the week to various places and was always quick to respond to messages! I had messaged Elini to let her know our flight had been pushed back and we weren't due to land until past midnight, Elini went out of her way to make sure we had some fresh fruit, bread, juice and water so that we could have breakfast as the supermarkets would have been closed when we got there. Unfortunately we had a Saharan sand storm during our stay however Elini and her family came the following day to remove the orange residue and spent the entire day cleaning to make sure we had somewhere we could relax. I would 100% recommend booking Elini's place if you are looking for somewhere quiet and beautiful to relax!!

What a wonderful experience we had here! Xristos and his family went above and beyond to accommodate us and their hospitality was impeccable- we felt like family. We are a family of 5 - including a baby and Xristos made sure so provide a crib, a bed rail, children’s toys for our girls and a lovely welcome basket with goodies. He was extremely helpful when it came to local recommendations. We would recommend this home to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Stayed with a group of friends for a week and had a great time. Faidra was quick to respond and proactive throughout our stay, providing all sorts of helpful recommendations. The villa was spacious with a great pool and barbecue ready to roll. It’s located in a quiet area so you’ll need a car, although within walking distance you can get to a few local shops, a lovely taverna, an olive oil mill (would recommend a tasting) and, if you want to give the driver a day off, a winery about half an hour hike away. All told, was a great base for exploring this part of Crete and fantastic value.

Wow ! Wow ! Wow Just don't know where to start. From the minute that we arrived everything was perfect. Thanos was by far the best host that we have ever had. The swimming pool was the cleanest and best maintained that we have ever come across on our travels. Can not believe how quickly Thanos responded to an issue with leaking washing machine with brand new one delivered and fitted within 12 hours. We where in Crete for our friends daughters wedding and asked Thanos for recommendations for local hairdresser. He told us most where closed on Mondays but went above and beyond to find one in Heraklion , booked appointment and arranged a taxi to take us. Can not recommend this villa highly enough. Outstanding!! 10 STAR rating for Thanos and his amazing cat Nicos. We would not hesitate in returning.

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πολύ φιλόξενο. Η τοποθεσία ήσυχη και ιδανική για χαλάρωση, με απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Georges a été très accueillant dès notre arrivée et s’est montré disponible par message tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui a grandement facilité notre organisation. La communication a été fluide, rapide et efficace, que ce soit pour l’arrivée, le départ ou pour répondre à nos éventuelles questions. Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description et aux photos de l’annonce : propre et bien équipé.

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Der Pool und auch das Haus ist sehr schön. Alle Klimaanlagen funktionieren Problemlos, wodurch es im Haus nicht zu heiß ist. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gut zum entspannen. Strand und Restaurants sind nicht zu weit weg und notfalls auch zu Fuß erreichbar, allerdings würde ich ein Auto empfehlen.

We have just had the most gorgeous family holiday at Villa Belle Helene . It is the perfect villa equipped to the highest standards both inside and out and exceeded all our expectations. Inside is spacious and all the rooms have excellent air conditioning which was very welcome in the heat. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor areas, especially the pool and jacuzzi which were perfect to cool down in the heat and to enjoy. The sheltered area outside the lounge is perfect for eating and BBQs and the raised outdoor seating area with TV provides the opportunity to unwind in an evening. It is 10 mins walk up to Old Hersonnissus which has a lovely square with Tavernas and bars. Hiring a car is worthwhile to explore the island further but not essential as its easy to book taxis. Eleni and her family are absolutely lovely, they could not be more helpful and made us so welcome. We would absolutely recommend this villa and would love to stay again if we go back to Crete.

Antonis war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Villa ist genau wie auf den Bildern und das Highlight war definitiv der Pool. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

Superbe villa, eloignée du centre d’Agia Pelagia (5min en voiture) pour plus de tranquillité. Belle vue sur la mer et les collines. Maison très agréable, cuisine très très bien équipée (machine à café, grille pain, ustensiles cuisine,… Hote très réactif. A 30 min de l’aeroport en voiture, ni trop loin ni trop près :-) Bilan: Superbe séjour pour nous pour nous relaxer.

Nous avons été accueilli par Anastasia qui a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. La villa était superbe, le lieu était très propre et un agent est même venue nettoyer le barbecue et la piscine pendant notre séjour. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce lieu magnifique. Encore un grand merci à Anastasia pour toutes les réponses à nos questions et sa grande gentillesse.

Jako osoba pracująca w hotelarstwie uważam że pobyt u Konstantyna to była prawdziwa przyjemność i radość dla duszy! Fantastyczne powitanie,mili gospodarze, piękny widok i bardzo czyste mieszkanie to coś wspaniałego! Już planujemy kolejny pobyt z rodzinom właśnie tam! Prywatny basen z widokiem na góry i morze coś niesamowitego zabierającego dech w piersi! Polecam każdemu z całego serca! Warto odwiedzić to miejsce!

We had a wonderful holiday. The villa is lovely and was perfect for a big family. Audrey is a great host who was so helpful throughout but especially with the challenges of the late arrival and checkout. Location is great and facilities were also great and exceeded expectations. A special mention for Wayne (the handyman), he took care of the garden, pool etc and is a bit of a legend👏. We would definitely look to book here again.

Wir hatten diese wunderbare Villa für eine Woche mit 6 Personen gemietet. Auch mit 10 Personen hat man hier auf jeden Fall ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist wirklich toll und ich kann hier allen positiven Kommentaren nur zustimmen. Hervorzuheben ist auch nochmal die Freundlichkeit und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber - wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. In ca. 15- 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Heraklion und erreicht in der gleichen Zeit auch viele gut bewertete Tavernen/Restaurants in der Nähe. Wer nicht nur in der Villa abhängen will, sondern auch die Insel erkunden möchte, dem sei ein eigenes Auto empfohlen. Die Villa ist doch recht abgelegen, was aber eher positiv ist. Also schöne, ruhige Lage. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und viele schöne Erlebnisse auf Kreta. Zu emfpehlen: Do & Sa Markt in Heraklion, die Städte Rethymno & Agios Nikolaos, die Roza Schlucht, die Taverna "Filosofos" in Archanes und "Koukounari" in Athanati.

The villa looked exactly like photos, the host was super helpful and friendly. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone!

One of the best stays in airbnb over the years. Perfect place for staying with kids, lots of toys and everything. Our 3 year old son was really enjoyed. Giannis and Mara were really helpful about everything. They booked us transfer from airport for late night arrival and booked us a rental car for the next morning which we picked up at the door of the villa! This was one of the easiest and convenient option. I left my sunglasses at the rental car, they found it and will send me by shipping. Best hosts and best place to stay! Hope to meet you again.

We had a fantastic time. The villa is stunning and had just been freshly renovated. Everything about it is designed to maximize the beautiful views, the airflow, peace and tranquility. The hosts were communicative, kind and generous with flexible check-in and out. The fantastic pool area, stonework, bathrooms, kitchen, linens, sauna/steamroom, washer & dryer, game room -- all were top quality. This was easily the most beautiful AirBnb we have ever stayed in. It was a good home base for exploring Crete. We were also happy to save one day for relaxing at the villa. We were only a family of four, and the villa could have easily held twice as many. Would love to return one day. Made wonderful memories here.

Wir haben einen mega Urlaub gehabt. 100m zum Meer mit Service am Strand. Man kann super am Meer entlang laufen und findet rechts ein Beachvolleyball Platz den wir genutzt haben. Kleine Supermarktes sind zu Fuß super zu erreichen und für größere Einkäufe sind wir mit dem Auto, was wir direkt am Flughafen bei Rent a Car gebucht hatten, in 5 Minuten in der kleinen Stadt gewesen. Dort sind 2 Grosse Supermarktes und tolle Restaurants. Von unserer Villa aus ist alles super mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Heraklion (links) 20min (eine wundervolle Altstadt), Hersonissos (rechts) 30min (partymeile Beach und tolle Restaurants direkt am Meer) zu empfehlen hier die Beachbar -Club "newYork Beachclub", the Butchers Steakhouse und "el Greco Restaurant" In Heraklion ist die Tapas Bar "1860 Greek flavours tapas" ein absolutes Highlight. Kulturell sind Knossos der Palast und die Zeus Höhle tolle Orte die man gesehen haben sollte. Wir kommen wieder, das ist zu 100% sicher

Очень уютное и просторное жилье , находится в очень тихом месте , но при этом все в доступности , хотели бы вернуться, хозяин очень отзывчивый ,быстро отвечает и всегда готов помочь , отдельное спасибо за гостинцы при заселение

La maison a tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer un séjour loin du tourisme de masse tout en étant proche de tout : deux restaurants au centre du village à 3min à pied, deux petites épiceries à 5min à pied qui ont tous les produits de base pour cuisiner, grand supermarché et plages de sable à 10min en voiture. Le village est paisible, la maison reste fraîche malgré les chaleurs, les espaces extérieurs sont comme sur les photos, les lits sont confortables. On a passé un super séjour et la communication avec l'hôte était très simple et réactive. On recommande! Juste une chose à tenir compte avec des enfants en bas âge ou une mobilité réduite : toutes les chambres sont à l'étage supérieur et les escaliers sont exigus.

This was the most beautiful place our family has ever stayed and the best airbnb experience we've ever had! It was great for a family vacation and the villa was equipped with everything we needed. Kostas went above and beyond with everything - his mother came and cooked a Cretan meal for us on our first night, there was a homemade Greek cake, wine, and eggs. We recieved fresh eggs and more wine (made at the villa!) every few days, as well as more towels. We truly couldn't have asked for anything better - there was even a couple local cats who we managed to persuade to come say hi. This is THE place to stay!
