We expected to arrive in the first afternoon, but experienced multiple delays thus I let the host know and she was always very understanding and helpful. We arrived at about 7pm and she reached us as we could not find the location. Extremely polite, understanding and kind she took her time to show the house and explain any facility. The house is great, everything is working as expected, beds and bathrooms showed no problems, air conditioning works great. The garden surrounding the house is very beautiful, with games (ping-pong, basket, amaca, bicycles) and very beautiful panorama all around up to the sea. The only minor problem we had is with some ants in the kitchen, but it is understandable having the garden all around. They show up quite quickly when you place food on the working plane. Thank you very much Fotini, hope to visit again in the future.

A lovely week spent at the villa for our family holiday. The villa is a short drive from Milatos and would highly recommend the taverna No Name. A car is essential as nowhere is walkable, especially in the heat. Crete is a large island, so we were confined to the east of the island to explore. We visited Elounda, Plaka beach for snorkelling and Spinalonga, as well as the water park. The villa is comfortable, set on 3 floors. The outside space is fantastic and grounds kept beautifully. Audrey and her team were very responsive to our queries and very attentive. They were also able to assist us with car hire. Would recommend.

It was the 2nd year in a row when we stayed at Mr. Mikhalis' property, and everything was as good as the first time. Superb view of the sea and mountains, large, clean rooms, well-equipped bathroom, discretion of the hosts provided us with all the elements for an excellent vacation.

Andreas' building is the most beautiful in Kalamaki, from an aesthetic and functional point of view, for the attention to detail, for the spaces, the location on the sea, the mill :) In addition, Andreas and his wife are magnificent super-hosts, always available, kind, attentive to cleanliness (every two days with change of sheets and towels). This fundamental aspect makes the experience and value unique, which are only enhanced through AirBnb. Finally, Kalamaki is one of the best villages in Crete: very quiet, with a beautiful promenade with a few excellent restaurants and beaches that occupy only a small part leaving everything else free. The sea is beautiful, the beach has large-grained sand, and there is an expanse of slabs at the entrance to the water that is really pleasant. Near Kalamaki there are two other of the best villages in Crete: Pitsidia, inland, super cute and with excellent restaurants, and shortly after the wonderful Matala, in a small bay.

Happy to have stayed with Agapi because she is friendly and very responsive but still gave us plenty of privacy and personal space. The apartment is simple but has everything I needed to feel comfortable. Everything in the apartment worked well. If I ever come back to the area I will be happy to stay here again.
