Lilla Lindås is a house from 1867 with a lot of charm and old saved details. The house is located in the village of Lunger and about 1.5 km from two nice beaches at Hjälmaren where there are, among other things, a sauna and barbecue areas. A nice nature reserve is within walking distance. In the village there is also a nice country shop. The house has old style but equipped with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The stairs to the upper floor are original, steep and worn but working. The house has one double bedroom and a sleeping loft with two beds.

Sjöstugan is a cozy family friendly 19th century house. In the glass veranda with dining table you have a panoramic view of Mälaren. The charming kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, etc. Here the children can play in the water by the private sandy beach, in the large trampoline or in the treehouse. At the private jetty there is a rowing boat for fishing trips. In Kvicksund there is a shop, restaurants, golf course, padel. Here you can also travel by train. (Train rails nearby can cause some noise) A unique gem with amazing views!

Large plot with large terraces around the whole house, Spa, Orangeri here there is also a sauna. The house is 200 sqm and has a large terrace with lovely evening sun and a view of the water, directly from the kitchen and 2 balconies. Strängnäs Centrum about 10 - 15 minutes away. Newly built modern cabin in the woods with amazing lakeview. The house was built in 2020 and is located on a hill near Lake Mälaren just 1 hour from Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.
