The charming kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, etc. Here, the children can play in the water at the private sandy beach, in the large trampoline or in the tree house. At the private jetty, there is a rowing boat for fishing trips. In Kvicksund, there are shops, restaurants, golf course, paddle tennis. You can also travel here by train. (Train rails nearby may cause some noise) A unique gem with amazing views!

Newly built modern cabin in the woods with amazing lakeview. The house was built in 2020 and is located on a hill near Lake Mälaren just 1 hour from Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.

The house is located on a dead end street in a very quiet area with walking distance to the Park Zoo, Tuna Park, Eskilstuna city center/station, where you can easily get on to Stockholm (1h) and Västerås (40min). Fresh house with room for four people. Here you enjoy the best nature can offer, all year round. Read a book on the pier and swim in Lake Stora Aspen when it gets too hot. Take out the oak and cast for pikeperch that you grill over an open fire. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. If you get tired of the peace and quiet, you can go to Västerås' largest shopping center in 40 minutes.
