Vacation rentals with a kayak in Västmanland County

The hosts were extremely nice, welcoming and accommodating. There are many employment opportunities for the whole family (bathing jetty, boat, sup, sauna, forest golf, trampoline, barbecue, covered veranda & hut on the lake ...). It wasn't all in perfect condition, but the hosts fixed any reported deficiency as quickly as possible. We felt very comfortable and welcome and would be happy to come back.

We were very excited about the house! Everything was very neat and exactly as shown in the pictures and in the description. The house is perfect for families, with a beautiful, well-kept garden, board games and ball games outside as well as a barbecue for social evenings. We especially liked the hot tub with wood heating and the heated swimming pool (27°C). Inside, everything is very comfortably furnished. Agata was always available and very helpful. Also, the possibility to charge the electric car for a fee was great. We met Agata and her husband on site – both are very friendly and hard-working hosts. The surroundings are also fantastic: in the accommodation were SUPs, kayak boats (with vests) which were free to use. A nature reserve, the lake and shopping were close by. The forest is next door. In the guest house there were also tenants with whom we got along well and exchanged ideas. Perfect!

We spent a great two days at Agata’s cottage and enjoyed the beautiful house in a very nice and peaceful location. The little cottage is very cozy, beautifully furnished, and has everything you may need. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and hot tub and spent time at the lake and made use of the kayaks and bikes at the house. Agata and her husband were very friendly, and responsive and made our stay great.

Absolutely amazing place in perfect location directly by the water. Single and quiet. Really good host with quick communication. 10 points!

We had a wonderful stay!The host, Teresa, was quick to tell us about the lovely places to visit in Avesta and answer any questions we had. There were apples and berries planted on the farm, and above all, the view from the cabin was lovely.♡ Next, I wanted to go into the sauna!I'll be back.Thank you very much.

We had a very relaxing very good stay. This house has a soul, the decoration is simple, inspiring and sometimes full of humor. The private dock is a beautiful place to swim, read, and even sunbathe. It is furnished with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs. We used the canoe which is very easy to access, with life jackets. Yes, as mentioned in other reviews, there are neighbors, and we are close to a town (with all the shops) so we hear a little traffic on the main road. But for Parisians like us, it was absolutely calm. The little path you have to cross to the lake almost never has cars, and the house has a direct and plunging view of the lake. The path to the lake is short but be careful, it is steep. The garden of the house is flowery, well maintained and we were even able to pick vegetables from the vegetable garden. The forest is all around. The sun sets on the lake. Stunning

We really liked Deyana's cottage. We vacationed there for our three children and really enjoyed it. The house and surroundings are very nice and unique. From the house and from the terrace you have a great view of the lake and you can use everything that is there (sauna, boats, trampoline, hammock, swing...). Our kids loved it too. Deyana and the family are very helpful and always available. Thank you for this wonderful holiday!

We had a great time staying at Marianne's place. The many seating options in the garden were great, depending on where the sun was, you could change the space. We were swimming and fishing and the area was perfect for walking and jogging. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and everything worked. Marianne was always available and gave us good instructions/tips. We would definitely recommend the place - we didn't miss anything👌🏻☺️

It was a pleasure to stay at Mattias place with my family. Kids enjoyed fishing and boat ride. We loved the sauna and how peaceful with a great view is the place. Mattias is a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommend.

We were two families staying at Sandra's place, and it was a wonderful experience. The house had ample space for everyone, and the kids had plenty of activities to keep them entertained. The lake is just a short walk from the house, which made it easy to enjoy time outdoors. We had so much fun and truly appreciated the chance to relax and unwind with friends and family over the weekend. Sandra was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
