Next to the patio, there is a charcoal grill available for use. Inside the cabin, you have two bedrooms & a smaller toilet. A fully equipped kitchen is available, and in the living room there are 2 couches and a TV. From the couches, you can catch a glimpse of the view. There is a trampoline on the property that may be used on your own risk. On a few occasions, the neighbor's grandchildren may be there jumping; we will inform you beforehand!

The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

In the best sunny location, right by beautiful Skulesjön, is this simple cottage – perfect for those who want to explore the High Coast during the day and enjoy the tranquility in the evening with a wood-fired hot tub and sauna! Five beds: one double bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. The kitchen is simply equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and running cold water. Toilet (separate) and shower with hot water are in a separate building. Please note that guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels.

This unique home lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 meters up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the fall. Toaster, stovetop and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and towel
