Johan and his wife were very kind, friendly and welcoming. Despite only staying for the night to resume my work trip the next morning we managed to make some time for great conversations at the breakfast table that created a feeling of wanting to return. As a frequent hotel visitor I deeply enjoyed the personality of being welcomed in to a home by these great warm people. Hope to see you again soon!

Absolutely loved the stay. Michael is such a great host and gives you great recommendations. Don’t forget to try out the activities like snowmobiling.

Great location right on the lake. The cabin was entirely as expected. And the host was very accommodating and service minded throughout the weekend of our stay. What we wanted more of was more clear information about what to do as well as what it all cost. Maybe information sheet in the cabin? We are very happy as a whole and will be happy to visit Rödvattnet again in the future! Highly recommended!

A truly kind and caring host. Clean, neat and fresh everywhere. Visually quiet and peaceful. Tipped about sights. We also managed to get to buy Anton's honey, which was thrown the day before. 😋

A lovely, cozy cabin at walking distance from a big lake where you can take a swim or go out fishing by boat. Open views to the mountains on the other side of the lake with beautiful sunsets. The cabin itself has all you need to stay comfortably off-grid. A peaceful place to relax and reload your battery!

Perfect stay for a night with 4 people and 2 dogs. Benjamin and Åsa were great hosts and really helpful the whole way! Would definitely stay again!

We were very comfortable in Pers Hütte. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings. The canoes and the electric boat are also perfect for exploring the lake or for shopping. Cozily furnished house with everything your heart desires!

The purpose of the trip from NV Skåne to Boden/Luleå was my work. I always seek quieter and pleasant places during my work trips.. Already when I came in the first time, it felt very cozy and pleasant, in addition, there were freshly baked cinnamon rolls on the table!! There was also food for some breakfasts and coffee.. The cottage felt brand new with all possible amenities for me. Diana was a thoughtful host who also warned about the slip outside when it was the most beautiful. I was also reminded when it was nice northern lights so I could go out and photograph. There was fire pit with clean trap on the counter that I used. Pork palate was offered one day...(Yum) as well as cinnamon rolls on a couple of occasions.. So many thanks to Diana and Håkan and this nice place.. Regards, Ulf Lindberg

Upon arrival, Christina immediately came out to welcome us. She did an extensive tour of the cottage where the heating was already on and the lights immediately gave a homely atmosphere., explained everything friendly and interested. It immediately became a friendly chat. The cottage is an example of small but nice. Especially for 2 people, but more people can. It has everything you'll need. Plenty of spacious bedroom with a great large bed and closet space, a kitchen with the right stuff and a large fridge. Large dining table. Fortunately, the last night we were also able to meet Ove who had been traveling for a few days. And that too became a fun conversation and exchange of thoughts and experiences. We'd love to come back.

Second time we have stayed there. Great chalet and a wonderful location with very pleasant hosts. Recommended to stay there

The small house in the woods was a very calm and in good condition. For us unfortunately the oven was a bit too small so it got very cold at night. It was like -15 and colder outside and the oven just couldn’t get the house warm in just a few hours that we would spend there. But Lennart had a good solution for us so it was no problem at all.

Don‘t miss out the opportunity to stay with Jenny and Tobias if you can! Especially in winter, when you can feel the coziness surrounding this place and enjoy your private sauna and a dip into the sea afterwards. Jenny was happy to help all the time and answered incredibly quickly.

Great staying, has one big double bed upstairs, and one downstairs, great kitchen, kitchen tools , anything you need for cooking and eating you have there waiting for you, bathroom clean and tidy everything, washing machine and smart TV with Netflix!

Wonderful location and very friendly hosts. The place is small, but very cozy with everything you need available (even towels and linen). Weronica was always available in the chat to answer any questions. The location is a quiet neighbourhood right at the lake.
