Skiing in the real mountains in a varied piste system for the entire family , downhill skiing, off-piste and park. With forrest behind, and meadow beside, this is as close to nature you can get and still be near bus stop and food store, 1 & 10 min walks. Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!

Welcome to a cozy renovated house in Kusmark, built in 1996 with a quiet and secluded location right at the edge of the forest. The house is located less than 20 minutes by car from Skellefteå. It is close to the Kåge River, which has a wild stock of salmon, trout and grayling. There are many nice trails and forest roads for those who want to exercise or just enjoy the beautiful nature. As a guest, you have the whole place to yourself, it is not shared with anyone outside your booking.

Environmentally friendly accommodation! Sunpanels on roof. We offer you a sauna, some gym equipment and nearby there's also a lake with a fireplace. You can go fishing or borrow our small boat. You will have your own house complete with shower, toilet and a small kitchen. Our house is 30 minutes away from Luleå (with car) but there are buses several times a day. Pets of all kind are NOT allowed! Due to allergic problems. Also perfect for winter, the house is fully insulated.
