The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

There is a calm to land in. The barn was built by my ancestors in the early 1900s. We have furnished it with kitchen, bathroom, living room and loft. Longer stay gives discount. Welcome to this nice little holiday home that was recently completely renovated (2021). We offer the best location for ski in/out, snowmobile in/out, hiking in/out. Here you are right next to Hemavan Gondola, which takes you further into the ski system or up to hike the beautiful Kungsleden. Snowmobile trails pass on the other side of Blå Vägen. It is within walking distance to ICA grocery store, Systembolaget and restaurants, etc.

Newly-built and cozy cottage in the middle of Kåbdalis Ski lifts with proximity to ski slopes, cross-country ski tracks, ice fishing, water and much more. Just a few minutes' walk, you will find restaurants, shops, ski lifts and much more that Kåbdalis offers. Swimming area is in the middle of Kåbdalis village. NOTE: During May - November, the restaurant is not open. The store is open 24 hours a day with Mobile BankID.
