Our stay couldn't have wished for better! André is an excellent host, he was very helpful and served us very well! The place has no parking space (as described in the listing), but the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The accommodation is a 10, everything is new and extremely clean. It was me, my wife and my 9-year-old son. We already have a place to stay whenever we return to Volta Redonda. And if you're in doubt, don't worry. I recommend it.

My stay was excellent, the Studio is identical to the photos, super tidy and close to several tourist spots, I was able to get to know the city on foot, Fernanda was also super attentive, showing her willingness to help me whenever I needed, gave recommendations of places to go and helped me on the trip. My husband and I really like Studio do Lúcio. The host was always ready to respond to us. He gave us tips on great restaurants and tours. We went to a few and it was really worth it. About the Studio, I thought it was enough for a tourist stay, where you only come back to sleep. Close to the center, we did almost everything on foot. It was very clean, organized and with extra bath towels. This was of great value because we had the coldest weekend of the year and the towels did not dry in time for the next bath. Simple but clean bed linens. There was also a coffee maker, coffee powder and sugar, which was great. The garage may not be enough for a large car, but it served us very well. The only thing we didn't like was the traffic noise day and night. We are from the countryside and we are used to sleeping in silence, and the noise of the cars all night I confess that it was very disturbing. But it's not Lucio's fault, of course!!! I recommend Studio, great value for money.

I spent the weekend in Petrópolis with my husband and a couple of friends and the experience couldn't have been better. Sérgio and his wife were super nice to us, from before check-in, always very helpful, gave us local recommendations, the cozy and wonderful house with a fireplace that we fell in love with, warm water even for washing dishes and heaters in the rooms, we felt at home. We will definitely be back more often and we are already recommending it to friends and family!

The house is spectacular, very cozy, beautiful decor, very well structured to receive, it has everything you can imagine and more. The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed.
