It was a sensational trip. Mirian's apartment is wonderful. super cozy and very functional. I felt right at home. It has everything you need for good hosting. The leisure area is amazing. My kids enjoyed a lot. And the location is very good. Great restaurants and other shops in general. Super indico. We will return for sure.

If you're looking for a place to rest and relax, you've found it. Perfect apartment, comfortable, beautiful, with everything you really need and on top of it, very well located. Supermercado and pharmacy at the entrance of the condominium. Beautifully cared for, polite staff and a lot of nature around. Mrs. Regina of a unique care and education. We went by car and everything is even more accessible and with a thousand possibilities of tours around. We will definitely be back.

Claudia helped us with everything we needed, very nice, the Flat is well equipped, cozy, clean and a great view of the pool, as for the structure of the condominium, not to mention, a good pool, kids space, restaurant, pool bar, game room, and there is also the water park Aldeias das Águas, I recommend visiting, we loved the stay and will certainly return!!!!

We went to a festival in the park of itaipava and the location was perfect for it. There were restaurants around and it was possible to walk to the event. The apartment was clean and ready to welcome us. Margarete left water and some cookies that saved our arrival. The sofa bed is comfortable and has enough closets for 4 people. The shower is great too. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seems to have enough to make breakfast.

The stay with family was excellent. The condominium is great, the Loft accommodations are new and in general the place is very cozy. It met all we needed. I recommend and when you return to Itaipava, it will be a great option.

As for the location, it's perfect for exploring the Union Industry on foot. Good restaurant options just a short walk away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it!

The flat is a grace, functional, organized, airy, great view, excellent location, the porters are gentle , the building is organized and structured. The hostess is very kind and welcoming, responded promptly and instructed us appropriately.

Our weekend was very quiet in the accommodation. We found the place very clean and organized, exactly as described in the photos. Communication with the host was quick.

Unfortunately, for a very difficult reason, I was unable to enjoy the stay as planned. The day I was going to the house, my mother suffered a cardiac arrest and has been hospitalized in the ICU ever since. It was a moment of great anguish, but Roberta was extremely human and understanding with me. Instead of being bound by rules or bureaucracies, she showed empathy, reassured me and said I could reschedule the stay at another time, without prejudice. In a world where people often think only about money, meeting someone like Roberta, who is fair, sensitive and supportive, made all the difference. Even without having stayed in the house, my experience with it was remarkable and positive. I recommend it from the heart!

The kitchen is very spacious and complete. The condominium is extremely familiar, with a vast green area and many options for sports and leisure. We will definitely return at a next chance.

Location very well described in the listing, comfortable and with all appliances working perfectly, the outdoor area is perfect and you only hear the sound of nature, no close neighbors so privacy was guaranteed, the view is a spectacle from all sides, congratulations on the perfect space you have.
