Amazing property! Loved the architecture and design of the place - tasteful decor. Enjoyed our stay here basking in the sun by the pool. Spacious rooms with lots of storage space - bathroom in each room was a huge bonus. Overall loved everything about the property and the host was very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated—we immediately felt at home. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. The villa managers and owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and even assisted with bookings. They cleaned the pool, changed towels, and made the beds during our stay. We also received a lovely basket with snacks and fruit. Communication was quick and incredibly thoughtful, and they did everything to accommodate us, including offering early check-in. The only downside (at least during our stay) was some noise from the olive oil factory next door, due to trucks coming and going. It didn’t bother us much, but those looking for quiet should be aware. A car is definitely needed, as the location is remote, but it’s a great starting point for exploring the island. Overall, we highly recommend this place and truly appreciated the outstanding service.

Top service! The host is friendly and easy to reach for questions, activities and tips! With 11 friends we had a fun vacation!

An amazing holiday, with friendly and very helpful hosts in Sybille and Eckhard. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped, the pool is stunning and the views to die for. Lots of seating around the property to maximise the shade and fans or air con in the bedrooms at night. We spent time in Agios Nikolais at the beach and in the friendly cafe perched over the water. Favourite restaurant among many only 10 minutes drive away was The Old Windmill. Definitely the best holiday we have had for a long time.

We felt welcome and it was like coming home when we entered the Villa. Sakis our host was always reachable and was always supportive. The Villa was cleaned every day. We had a wonderful and enjoyable time within a nice location and just 5min walk to a very nice small beach and very nice restaurants. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We can highly recommend sakis Villa without any hesitation. Thanks Sakis for the great hospitality.

The B&B is exactly like the pictures and very beautiful.The landlady was welcoming and friendly and also prepared wine and wreath, so lovely!The room is modern and sophisticated and full of surprises.There are many shops to eat at the door and a supermarket.Because it is outdoors, there will be more mosquitoes, and you need to be careful.

We had an amazing stay at Casa De miro! We loved the house, especially the pool area!😎 Spyros always responded quickly with great answers to our questions, and the on-site host always greeted us with a smile and nice conversations. As a conclusion everything was great about our stay on Zakynthos.🌟

If you love holidays, typically Greek and among locals, this is the place to be. Agios Leon is a small mountain village nestled in this wonderfully green island. There is nothing missing in the large and modern apartment. And if so, the charming and very helpful lady of the house lives on the 2nd floor and is happy to help. Conversations are easily possible with a translation app. We found a sparkling clean apartment and a well-equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator + cooler. As a welcome greeting, delicious apple cake was ready and a bottle of water was in the fridge. 2 comfortable box spring beds, large wardrobes with hangers and 3 balconies make this accommodation perfect. If you are a light sleeper, you should take earplugs with you, because the dogs and roosters in the area do what they are supposed to do, bark and crow. Nevertheless, we can recommend this place without hesitation.

We were very lucky to stumble across this tranquil villa. From requesting to book to the point of checking out, Savvina was very helpful and swift with replying, with some great suggestions to certain things we wished to do. We were met by mama nena on arrival who showed us around the villa and made us very welcome, with the added kindness of some lovely homemade produce, the following day we were totally spoilt with the arrival of a delicious pie. The villa was in a quiet area, which we were looking for, with a very short drive to the nearest beaches/taverners. We took in some beautiful sunsets and an amazing sunrise at the villa. Amazing clean studio surrounded by greenery and a beautiful view down the hill up to the beach. The hosts were very generous and nice, helping us promptly with any problems or requests, and leaving us freshly picked fruits and vegetables from the garden. Definitely a great stay.

Probably one of the best Airbnbs in the island

A beautiful house where we felt completely at home! Marilena's parents live next door and were incredibly sweet and brought some treats every day <3 The hot tub is also great! There are not many amenities nearby, but with a car it is a nice base. There is a lot of commotion in the neighborhood: many dogs and chickens live in the area who are also chatting at night and a lot of work is done on the land from early in the morning, for us this was not a problem! If we go to Zakynthos again, we will definitely visit Marilena again!

We were very happy with the place. It was clean and Andreas responded quickly when we had a WiFi problem. As is customary in Zakynthos, you had to throw toilet paper in the trash.

Beautiful rustic cottage with panoramic views of the north east coastline, just a short drive from Nebolos and Madraikas. The interior is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished including air conditioning, local products, and a cafetiere. If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day exploring Zakynthos' beaches and tavernas then this it. Fantastic value for money.

The villa is beautiful and in a lovely quiet location within 15 minute walk to nearest shops,bars and restaurants. We loved the pool and patio areas with it being so clean. Stathis was very helpful with organising our transfers and quad bike hire. We will definitely be returning very soon!

Despite being located in a very lively neighborhood at night, the apartment is not disturbed by noise given the sheltered position from the main street. The house is simply gorgeous. There is a garden in front of the veranda that makes everything even more pleasant. The host Dionisis is very friendly and kind. He brought us fresh bread more than once, as well as products from his garden. We were also allowed to postpone the checkout by a few hours, which is not a given. An experience we would gladly repeat. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I were on the island for the first time. The place was perfect. Quietly located but not sloping. We were warmly welcomed and got tips for our stay. No matter what you needed, Paganitos took care of it and was available around the clock. They were friendly, warm, and open. We also fell in love with the cats who visited us in the morning and evening and were hungry. Of course, we gave them food and water ;) We would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Stella, the host of the air bnb who lives in the flat above Harry’s apartment, with her own family, is amazing. She was so friendly, responsive when we asked for anything, gave local recommendations which we loved and were our favourite places to eat. She made me a whole cake for my birthday from the bakery her and her husband work in! Stella’s husband was also so lovely and generous. The place itself is simple, clean, and you have the best rocky beach in Zakynthos at your doorstep with the blue calm sea right there to swim in. We swam every single day there before going to explore the island. You can drive everywhere. We just loved it. If you want a more genuine local experience then book here. You won’t regret it.

We had a great stay at Villa Maria (the bottom floor of this set of apartments with a shared pool). Dionisis and his family were very welcoming and made everything super easy. A very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Thanks 😊

We spent an amazing vacation at Nikos' AirBnB. The apartment is located a little bit up the hill (ca. 100m), but is easily approachable by car and even has a convenient way to access it by foot. Since it is not located in the city center, it is really quiet and the view on the ocean from the balcony is amazing. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and offers everything you need - and even if it does not, Nikos is quick to sort you out. For example, we encountered that the provided parasol was broken and just a few hours later Nikos provided us a new one (thanks again!). Further, Nikos is really helpful with recommendations. Only the internet connection was really bad so if you're planning to work there, we would not recommend it. However, it is sufficient for a vacation.
