We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Beautiful villa with a relaxing environment and comfortable rooms, aesthetically pleasing and tastefully furnished. easy to locate. It was well supplied with utensils and there were complementary games and books for entertainment.

We stayed at the beautiful La Maroma Estate (villa 08) for 3 nights, and it was absolutely perfect. After searching through countless villas and resorts that needed to meet all our criteria—especially being safe and pet-friendly—we finally found this gem and it exceeded all expectations. Spacious, homely, well-priced, great location, the villa was spotless, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully managed. All amenities were provided and the housekeeping team was incredibly helpful and always available. I’d highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family, a group of friends or especially with dogs—they’ll love it as much as we did. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

Zak is one of the best hosts I've communicated with, now wonder he's such a good superhost, always available on call and text. The place is exactly how it looks in the photos, it is clean, homely, calm and pretty. Zak has been helpful in recommending restaurants and helped in any query we had. Special mention to the dogs though....King-Kong, Kulfi and Pupu are absolute cuties. 100% recommended to stay in South goa. Will visit this place again for sure.

Almas and Abhishek were amazing hosts,making it an amazing experience for my family. The fact that they have a lift inside this beautiful villa is one of the best part for me since my parents who are senior citizens could enjoy staying on the top floor without the stress of climbing stairs - So a Big Thank You for making this villa elderly and kid friendly. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious,stressfree and relaxing experience away from home with family. It meets all your needs!! A Perfect Nature-Facing Getaway at La Luxo Villa, Goa I had a wonderful 2-night, 3-day stay at La Luxo, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I stayed in a beautifully designed villa facing the infinity pool—arched to perfection and tastefully done. The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, and came with a large, well-maintained bathroom. The pool was crystal clear and inviting. What made the experience even more special was the serene location—it genuinely felt like I was in the midst of nature, peaceful and rejuvenating. The location was great—peaceful yet close enough to popular beaches, cafes, and nightlife spots. Our host was extremely warm, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended for couples, families, or groups looking for a premium and peaceful stay in Goa. Would definitely love to come back again!

This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy Cavelossim. The bungalow is just perfect and has everything you could want or need to feel at home. The beds were very comfortable and the veranda was lovely to sit in looking out at the beautiful gardens and the pool. It is very peaceful and yet five minutes from the main street where the supermarket and various shops are. Lots of very good restaurants are within walking distance. We had four glorious days in Pulmeria. Hope to be back next year.

Aesthetically done and beautiful old charm property. The heritage has been preserved and not dealt with much of modernisation of property to destroy the charm of the bungalow, however, all the modern day comforts are provided. The pool is spacious and private in true sense also it does not clutter the garden. Rohit has been a wonderful host. Caretakers are always at your service. Please ensure to ask Sumitra Didi to cook for you atleast one meal... Try Lunch. A wonderful place. Though a bit pricey but the courteousness and service makes up for it. All the best guys!!!! We had an amazing stay at this property. It is a very clean, beautiful and peaceful studio and has an amazing view to the forest! It looked even better in real life than on the photos. Studio had all the amenities we needed for our stay (nice kitchen with good number of utensils to make some meals), kettle and you can request for an iron or use a microwave which is shared. It was also very handy to have a cafe downstairs which was very cosy and coffee and food there is amazing! The pool is also a grey addition, especially during the monsoon when you can’t swim in the sea. Siddhartha and Pavika were very friendly and responsive if we had any issues and resolved them very quickly. Thank you for your hospitality, we would definitely love staying there again!

I had a fantastic stay at here! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was smooth and prompt throughout, and james was incredibly welcoming and helpful with local tips. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels,a stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely property Lovely location Lovely team (Mrinal and Sapna), bith very friendly and responsive and proactive. Priced quite expensively, but I guess this is Goa (and my stay wasn't even during season time!). Lovely kitchen, good working bathroom and overall, a lovely space. Anything you need, just ask the team and consider it done. For me, this place, was a lovely safe and clean space to move to after shifting from the place I was staying at prior for one week (instead of the month I had booked!) which was really quite unsafe, dirty and unhygienic. Well done to the team at this property, please keep up the great work!

The place was really clean and well furnished.They had provided us with an induction plate , microwave , and a washing machine to top it all The host Shiikhar was really helpful and gracious. It really made our trip worth the while .

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

Incredible villa, We enjoyed our time there, the care taker was very professional and responsive. Although it was very dusty due to construction nearby and also the day we entered it had a smell of smoke in the room. But after day 2 it was fine. The area was quiet and the smell faded. Quality of furniture and electronics was very good. Also pool was amazing. It had a parking which allows you to park 2 cars. All the bedroom were very clean and all of them had an attached bathrooms.
