An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant accommodation by the Kattegatt cycle path with private entrance, private bathroom and balcony facing west towards the deciduous forest. The property is located about 1 km from beautiful bike/walking path along the sea to Stråvalla beach/swimming area (about 3 km) with kiosk(summer time), playground, parking and large separate animal beach. The accommodation has a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc. (no stove). Dishes are left for the host. Baby cot (0-3 years) and high chair are provided on request.

From the sauna there is a beautiful view of the den. Breakfast with local produce is picked up down at the farm. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
