Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

The cottage is beautifully located next to Klarälven. In the surroundings there are nice hiking trails and good opportunities for fishing. A large forest area, with plenty of moose, starts near the house. Five minutes drive will take you to a small swimming pool with associated beach and jetty. To Branäs ski resort it takes 25 minutes and to Långberget, with both nice hiking trails and ski tracks, it is an hour's drive. The cottage belongs to Länsmansgården, which was erected in the mid-18th century. The owners live on the farm.

Welcome to our cottage, a stone's throw from Klarälven. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and look out over Klarälven that flows just behind the cottage, or why not grill a sausage over the fireplace that is at the back of the cottage. Here you are close to swimming, fishing, hiking and skiing. In 20 minutes, you reach Branäs and in 50 minutes, Långberget.
