Perfect dream vacation home in the Stockholm area archipelago with nice combination of scenic nature experience and easy access by car and public transport to Stockholm city for day trips and other activities (golf, kayak/ canoe, sailing etc.). The house and the patio/ garden area has the picture perfect Scandinavian „hygge“ feeling to it with very modern equipment & a nice personal touch and the spacious areas make it ideally suitable even for a longer term stay! Thank you Christine and Marten for your great hospitality and making us very much feel at „home away from home“ for our summer vacation!!!

Modernt boende med underbar utsikt över skärgården! Huset är fräscht och ligger i ett lugnt område. Terrassen har sol hela dagen. Hjälpsam värd och smidigt att ta sig dit. Rekommenderas varmt!

We had a very pleasant stay at Jean Philippe’s house, we especially enjoyed the pool and the garden but the house itself was also beautiful and well organized with great set of toys and games for kids. Jean Philippe and his family were easy to communicate with and offered nice recommendations for travels. A perfect place for relaxation, lovely nature and play.

We absolutely loved the house, and its stunning views. Malin was very responsive, helpful and friendly. This place is quite a treat!!!

Otrolig plats med fantastisk utsikt. Huset är mer än välutrustad och Anders såg till att hjälpa oss komma igång med bastu, spabad och grill!

We were really really satisfied with our stay at Kajsas Lakeside-Villa!! The hosts are very friendly and warm people and could be contacted every time during our stay. Communication with them was fast and excellent just like the cozy house by the lake we stayed in. Everything one could need was there and we were even allowed to take some firewood to use the chimney for the first colder autumn evenings. Also the distance to Stockholm was perfect, if you want both: to live in a place near nature and have a short way to the city (you do not necessarily need your own car because it is easy to get to the city centre with public transportation in 30-40 Minutes from there around the clock -> busstop "Grindstugan" -> sl.se). A visit to Tyresta National Park (www.tyresta.se/english/) is also just 30 Minutes away with public transport. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beuatiful lakeside-villa! Lisa + Hannes

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern die Sommerferien in der Unterkunft verbracht. Es war alles wie beschrieben, sauber und wir haben alle notwendigen Utensilien vorgefunden zur Selbstverpflegung. Das Grundstück ist gross, mit guten und zahlreichen Möglichkeiten für die Kinder zum Spielen (z.B. ein Trampolin). Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und gehoben und bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Auch nach Stockholm ist es nicht weit mit dem Auto (ca. 30 Minuten). Wir haben die Zeit mit unseren Kindern genossen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Es war wirklich eine schöne Zeit und herzlichen Dank an Danielle hierfür!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was a real highlight, we loved the pool, it was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the center, with easy access via taxi or public transport. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was our first visit to Värmdö and we had a great time! The pool and natural beauty of the property were amazing. We made lasting memories with our families and enjoyed delicious meals together in a beautiful kitchen and BBQ with stunning views from almost an angle. Thanks, Johan for sharing your house with us!

Kan absolutt anbefale et opphold i boligen til Fredrik. Fantastisk hus med romslige omgivelser. Idyllisk beliggenhet med kort vei til strand og passe avstand til Stockholm sentrum.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Martin. Der Star war die sonnige Terrasse mit einem tollen Blick auf das Wasser. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Stockholm oder in die Schären. Ein Bäcker und eine kleine Mall mit Supermarkt sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht. Einziges, kleines Manko: der Weg zur kleinen Badestelle ist etwas weiter als gedacht und mit SUP-Boards recht beschwerlich. Wir würden aber jederzeit gerne wieder nach Saltsjöbaden kommen.

Väldigt mysigt hus som ligger precis vid vattnet. Fint område och nära till Rådmansö bageri! Allt var toppen. Dricksvattnet smakar lite annorlunda men precis som värden rekommenderar kan man ta med eget dricksvatten. Kommer gärna tillbaka! 🌟

Ein wunderschönes Haus in toller schwedischer Nachbarschaft - wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und konnten sowohl Lidingö als auch Stockholm selber mehr als genießen. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und Caroline und Magnus waren tolle Gastgeber! Besonders die Anbindung nach Stockholm mit dem Fährschiff hat uns total positiv überrascht.

Fredrik's house is a wonderful place of modern architecture, with a magnificent terrace that merges seamlessly into the Swedish landscape. It offers a stunning view of the nature around the house. The kitchen, and everything really, is fully equipped with all you could possibly need. The house is located in a tranquil area, which is favoured by the neighbouring nature reserve and offers several bathing spots. And yet, Stockholm is just a few minutes away. Fredrik and his family are attentive, generous hosts who made sure we had a wonderful time. With this, you do not rent a house, you rent a home. Tack för det!

This was a wonderful stay…in a truly lovely home…not a sanitized Air BnB rental, with all the home comforts you could want and lots of kitchen supply extras as well…oils, condiments, coffee, also bathroom toiletries etc. Beautifully decorated, spacious, stunning bathrooms and a lovely garden to enjoy. The location was about 40 minutes by bus and Metro to downtown…a very easy connection just down the driveway which connected with the superb Stockholm transit system very efficiently. A car is not necessary but we had one in order to explore the Archipelago as well…some wonderful trips to Upsalla, Sigtuna, the coast and bays all around Lidingo. A great supermarket, fresh veggie market and bakery are all about 15 minutes walk away if you didn’t have a car. The whole.e experience was particularly memorable for 4 retired professional from Canada and New Zealand who have rented all over Europe and the UK…and who have high expectations! Staying with Anette exceeded them all! We will be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Sigtuna, and I couldn't be more impressed! The highlight of the property is the huge back deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene surroundings. The large swimming pool adds to the charm, creating a perfect relaxation spot. Sigtuna itself is enchanting, with its quaint streets and rich history. The house embodies this charm, making it a delightful retreat. The peaceful location truly enhances the experience, allowing for a tranquil getaway. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to unwind in a picturesque setting. You won't be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay in Marie’s house. She was so friendly and we could feel, that she really cares about the house and it’s good state. We immediately felt home because everything is so cozy and and the interior is selected with love. Thank you for this beautiful week!

We zijn juist terug na een verblijf van een week in Cecilia's huis. Het voldeed volledig aan de verwachtingen. De keuken uitrusting was prima , ook bestek borden glazen enz. waren in ruime mate aanwezig. Prettig was dat de tv Netflix had zo konden wij series blijven volgen die we ook in Nederland bekijken. Ook voor onze hobden was het verblijf prima ze konden spelen in de tuin . Het huis uitlopend was het aan alle kanten omringd door bos zodat wij elke dag lange wandelingen met de honden konden maken. Het huis is een aanrader.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i detta lyxiga hus! Boendet överträffade alla våra förväntningar med sina högkvalitativa faciliteter. Huset är mycket fint och välutrustat med allt man kan önska sig, inklusive en pool och en jacuzzi som vi verkligen njöt av. Den utmärkta grillen var perfekt för våra kvällar, och närheten till naturen skapade en rogivande atmosfär. Badplatsen som ligger bara två minuters promenad bort var helt underbar och gjorde vår vistelse ännu bättre. Huset var också mycket rent och väl underhållet, och städning ingick vilket gjorde allt ännu smidigare. Vår värd, Linnea, bidrog starkt till att göra vår vistelse minnesvärd. Hon var alltid tillgänglig och otroligt flexibel, vilket uppskattades mycket. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.

Our stay at Melinda’s house was absolutely amazing! The home was beautifully maintained, very stylish indeed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was fantastic, the kids loved it, as did we. Plenty of outdoor space on the various terraces to relax. The hosts were brilliant—so communicative, helpful, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. The area was really great, offering plenty to do and see, with easy access to Stockholm as well as exploring the surrounding area, which was stunning. Artipelag, the art museum, was a highlight and only a 30min drive away, as well as some magnificent cafes and restaurants in neighbouring Gustavsberg. Stella the cat was very friendly and cuddly, she also made us feel at home! We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would very highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway in a beautiful area.

Nach 2 Wochen Reisen durch Schweden haben wir eine Woche in Nynäshamn in dieser tollen Villa genossen. Die Einrichtung war super und inspirierend. Das Haus ist sehr gross und jedes der Kinder hatte ein eigenes Zimmer. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit auf der grossen Terrasse. Es gibt dort auch die Möglichkeit für Fitness mit Hanteln :-). Wir haben vielen Tipps von Helen und Niclas für Ausflüge und Restaurants erhalten. Wir empfehlen bei Lövhagen ein Kajak zu mieten für eine schöne Tour in den Schären. Auch empfehlenswert in der Ute-Express ab Nynäshamn nach Alö oder Utö - allenfalls dort dann Fahrräder mieten. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir haben die Gastfreundschaft dort sehr geschätzt.

We stayed at Carol's place with 10 friends to celebrate our friends hen's do. The villa was amazing for this, loved the big spacious livingroom and the pool, jaccuzi and the sauna. We also really enjoyed cooking together in the big kitchen and kitchen isalnd. The massage chair was a hit as well! Everything was clean and Carol was so friendly and responded quick to our questions. Thanks a lot Carol, we hope to visit your place again!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i detta underbara hus på Dalarö. Allt var precis som beskrivet och ännu bättre. Linnéa var otroligt vänlig och förberedde allt perfekt för vår grupp. Huset är rymligt och vackert, med stora sociala ytor. Det fanns massor av aktiviteter för barnen, inklusive en studsmatta, lekstuga, och en närliggande skog att utforska. Poolen var en höjdpunkt med sitt varma vatten och vi njöt verkligen av att tillbringa tid på den generösa altanen med grillmöjligheter. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende till alla som söker en avkopplande och rolig vistelse i Stockholms skärgård. Absolut värt priset!
