A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

A lovely walk along the water or through the forest, the area also offers popular bike paths. Parking is included. Close to Gustavsberg where you will find cafés, restaurants, shopping and activities. The apartment has a 160 cm double bed, dining area, kitchen, TV & a sofa bed. Bathroom with washing machine. Since the host couple sometimes recharges their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

Charming guest house on Northern Lagnö

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis near the sea. Norra Lagnö is only 20 minutes' drive from the lock and 5 minutes' drive from Gustavsberg where you will find a Coop, Systembolaget, etc. Please note that the bathroom and washing machine are 10 meters away in the basement of the main building (to which the tenant has sole access). SUP boards are included if you want to get out on the water, as well as the possibility to borrow bicycles. If you come by boat, there is a berth. Welcome!
